5 star review - Really nice stay, the location is good with the beach 15/20 min walk away and a high st nearby with a nice pub and restaurant. Christchurch is close too, 20 min walk air a short drive with lots of shops, pubs and restaurants. The place itself is clean, very comfortable and quiet. Would recommend.

5 star review - Great property, everything you could need or want for a few days stay. Property was immaculate, kitchen and bathroom very clean and tidy, beds very comfortable and linen soft and fresh. A credit to the owner. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

Lovely bungalow, nicely furnished and very comfortable. Great bus link into Bournemouth just outside the house and a few smaller towns in walking distance.

I would just like to say that we had a fantastic stay at Lavender Cottage and it by far exceeded our expectations. The cottage was beautifully presented and there were thoughtful welcome packs when we arrived, the coffee was particularly welcome and delicious. There were even some games for us and my daughter enjoyed the outside space. There was everything we needed and more. The location was great for exploring and we can't wait to stay again.

5/5 - Nice apartment in a good location, 15 min from the beach
We really enjoyed the stay. The apartment is on a quiet street and has a very nice terrace. It takes about 15-20 minutes to walk to the beach. There are a few restaurants and take aways with good food nearby. Two small drawbacks: it gets very warm quite quickly and the double bed is for partners who like to cuddle, because it is quite narrow. Otherwise great!

My family and I had the most wonderful week in this beautiful bungalow such high end accommodation with everything and I stress everything you could need for a perfect holiday we have been coming to Bournemouth for many years and I can quite honestly say this lovely place is the best we have stayed at and so happy that we could bring our little dog Bailey with us, love the modern design of all the rooms so comfortable a real home from home and so perfectly positioned for all that Southbourne and Christchurch have to offer we love the beaches and send most of our Time on them haha when the weather permits we were very lucky this year great sunny ?? weather all week we just had the best holiday ever and with definitely be booking again for next year wishing you a very happy summer

5/5 - Lavender Lodge. This is a very well presented property. It is well equipped and equipment is good quality. Pleasant outside area. The property is in a great location. Close to local shops and cafes. Southbourne beach is within walking distance. Easy walk to the river and Christchurch. The downside for us was that there isn’t really sufficient comfortable seating for 4 adults in the living area. We also found that the blinds in the bedrooms aren’t sufficient and secondary curtains or black out blinds would be advantageous. The neighbours security light also shines into the double bedroom and on one night constantly was going on and off.
RESPONSE FROM BOURNECOAST: Many thanks for your feedback which we passed to the landlords. They are very appreciative of your comments and have now added curtains in both bedrooms and increased the seating in the living area.

Great location only 20-30 minutes walk from Southbourne Beach, Hentigsbury Head snd Christchurch. Bungalow was immaculate and great sun trap for the garden which was sage for our dog. Big Wigs Bakery’s Brunch Bun is a must as if an evening drink by the Stour at The Riverside Inn. Will definitely look to return as ample space, great location and Bournecoast were very proactive and helpful.

5* - We had a great time staying at Cranleigh road. the house was spacious bright and had everything we needed to cook and keep the place clean. the bed and sofa were both so comfortable. there was only 2 of us but more than enough space for 4! we hadn't anticipated the lovely garden which was a sun trap on the afternoon and comfortable garden furniture. walking distance to Tuckton high street, can walk to wick meads and even down as far as the beach. this was our second time to the area, so many dog friendly walks and beaches, big tesco within driving distance also. Christchurch also has everything you might need for groceries etc. we will definitely be returning!

Lovely bungalow and excellent for the 3 of us! So close to everything, we used to live 15 minutes away so it was great. Communication was superb and everything as described.

Thanks for letting us stay in your lovely bungalow. We have found it very comfortable and well equipped. The hooks on the bathroom door appear to work well and it is a welcome addition to the bathroom!
