we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the annex. shame weather was not better but the accommodation was second to none. The owner has provided everything you could think of to enjoy holiday - summer or winter. In fact it is the best accommodation we have ever stayed in for self catering. It was very clean upon arrival and comfortable and warm at all times. I have personally emailed the owner back anyway with our comments. Thank you also to Bournecoast who have handled the booking and been very helpful and efficient with all matters and communications. We will book again through yourselves and hopefully be back summer and possibly Xmas again. The owner even provided a Xmas tree and treats which was very kind. Thanks again to the team

5/5 - It was a really good accommodation. We was very happy enjoy that perfect accommodation. Very clean and the owners very good people. 5 stars ..thankful is really a good house to suggest to the friends and enjoy that view.

Great place with a wonderful sea view, stylish decor and fully equipped with everything you’d need. We felt very much at home and would recommend it.

5 Stars - Great stay. Really lovely well equipped apartment right next to the sea. The small touches made all the difference to us and would consider staying here again because of these…..nespresso coffee machine, sky movies, and beach towels, foldaway chairs to borrow for the beach.

We loved this apartment it is so clean, spacious and well decorated. The view is spectacular, the bed is comfortable. The kitchen is large and well equipped. We will certainly return again.

Relaxing week's holiday. Everything we needed was provided and more such as full sky tv . Located in a quiet area would definitely recommend.

This flat was lovely; clean, spacious and well decorated. The view of the ocean was great, we frequently saw ships, sail boats and yachts etc. I really liked how bright the flat was. Also the living room had comfortable furniture and plenty of seating. The tv worked well and there were plenty of channels. The kitchen was very well equipped with pots, pans, cooking tools, cutlery, dishes, glasses etc. They even had ice freezer packs. There was also an umbrella available. The dishwasher and washing machine worked well and laundry soap and DW soap were provided. There were 2 ovens, I enjoyed cooking in this kitchen. We will most certainly return to this flat on our next visit to the UK. The parking right out front was convenient and there was easy access into the flat. There was a pretty backyard garden. This flat is a true gem!!!!
