5 star review - I had such a lovely stay at this apartment! First, the location is right in the city centre so it is very convenient. I also enjoyed having morning/evening walks to the beach. The apartment is spacious and well-equipped, I felt right at home! The bed was so comfy that I slept so well:) Having a washing machine with a dryer was also a massive plus! I will definitely stay here again when I am in Bournemouth and I cannot wait to be back!

Excellent location to beach and shops. Unfortunately 3 out of the 3 nights we were kept awake on and off by the upstairs residents moving around and their voices carrying.. the accomodation opposite hosted quite roust clientele.. not the restful beachside holiday we were hoping for but obviously out of hosts control.. there is very very limited street parking.. Paid parking around the corner £9.95 for 24 hours which is too far for an elderly person to keep walking to and from.. Nicely decorated and lovely treats left for our arrival

5 star review - Had to move our daughter from an awful student flat in a hurry. This flat was perfect. Bournecoast were very helpful, and my daughter was able to relax at last. The flat was very clean, lovely fittings, with a very comfortable bed and great shower. We will definitely book again when we visit.

5 star review - Amazing place and amazing host! The place was very nice and clean, I’ve been to few airbnbs in area this one was THE BEST so far! Great location really close to the beach and shop and restaurants, everything you need! Amazing host, I requested a need of a travel cot and was ready to pay and rent it, landlord provided it on my request without and charge with an extra comfy mattress for my toddler to sleep in. I really highly recommend the place to everyone!! Great service!

5/5 - Very clean, well equipped and lovely decoration. Just stayed for the weekend of the Jehovahs Witness convention at the BIC. The location was perfect and the flat was clean and well equipped. We came by train and bus, may be a struggle to park if by car. Hair dryer didnt seem to be working but we were fine without! Thank you.

5/5 - Great location/Lovely appartment. Beautifully decorated and very clean. Very comfortable with everything you need. Location is very central up a fairly steep slope with steps down to the front door as its a basement entrance at the front.

5* - We were visiting Bournemouth for a week and we had a wonderful stay at this property which is at a quiet and cosy area near town centre. Due to the weather we were mostly staying in and this property truly felt like home. The entire space was spotless and well-maintained with necessary amenities which made our stay truly relaxing and enjoyable. Overall, I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

Our stay at the property was pleasant. Access to the space is easy, as is the process of receiving the key. Also the room was quite clean, tidy and fully equipped. The central market was about a 5-10 minute walk and the central square connected to the beach was quite close. You could easily get around without a car.

We had a great stay , accommodation very clean and comfortable and the presents left were very much appreciated.
If I had 1 issue it was that were was no drying facilities, maybe a clothes dryer for hanging up wet clothes especially coming off beach.
Would definitely book again.

5* - Great location apartment right in the centre of town. Facilities were lovely and free coffee capsules a welcome gift. Plenty of towels and cooking equipment provided. Only downsides were lack of dishwasher capsules and bath was smaller than expected. Thanks for an amazing stay.

Great location if you want the centre of town flat is in the basement has a nice outside space to sit in and very spacious. bed was super comfortable had a great nights sleep. Nice little welcome treats on arrival too. Downside was difficult to park as hotel residents opposite tend to take the few spaces they are and upstairs were very noisy. Also very bright in living room for sleeping.

Check in and out was very simple! Place is in a great location. Downside is on road parking availability is hard to secure and no black out blinds in living room which is the second bedroom. A lot of paid parking places around so easy to park car. Place was clean and we were provide with basic necessities which was nice! Bottle of processco / water and milk was also a nice surprise!

Great little flat, clean and fresh, has everything you need for a break away. Great location, leas than 5 mins to the shops and restaurants, less than 10 mins to the beach. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this accommodation.

5/5 - Great place to stay. Flat 1 is a lovely, clean, spacious property. The flowers, sweets and essentials provided free of charge i.e. milk, water, bubbly, shower gel and so many more, stands this place out from all the other properties we have chosen to stay. It makes a real difference to your stay, as clearly the owners care about your stay and making it enjoyable from the outset. No hesitation in choosing to stay here again, or recommending it to others.

5/5 - Great modern apartment. We had a great week. Really pleased with the facilities. Definitely liked the washer/dryer after a day on the beach. The place was spotless on arrival and a lovely surprise in the fridge!

Fantastic stay in Bournemouth very central and great location. The apartment is spacious and well decorated, with a outdoor area which adds to the property. Be aware there is no street parking and you have to pick up the keys from their office which is 10-15 min drive away. Great stay and will stay here again.

The flat was exactly what we needed, close to the Triangle and the city centre and at the same time nice and quiet. Very much recommended!

Simple and perfectly adequate, near town centre. Everything worked (TV, WiFi etc). Felt safe and secure.

Nice little apartment, friendly and very practical with warmth. Very close to the beach, the beautiful gardens and the center of Bournemouth. Parking in the street in front of the house to get occasionally, otherwise NCP parking very close (around the corner). A little restless at night for those who sleep on the sofa bed in the living room to the street, quiet at the back. Ideal location to get to both the lively center, as well as the beautiful long beach or the beautiful parks. So great for everyone and every mood, whether just peace or hype is sought. We would go there again.

A lovely flat with plenty of space. Smart TV, dishwasher, dryer etc all made it a home from home. The living room is a nice sunny spot and it is minutes walk to the town centre and cinema. The road is a busy one, with lots of student lets so it's important to realise it’s a lively spot.

Half term break. We stayed at this fantastic location, just up from the Odeon cinema, close to local bars and restaurants and only about five minutes walk from the pier and beach. It was a good central location close to local sites like Peppa Pig and Portland Bill we had a fantastic relaxing break. The one bedroom apartment was perfect for our family of 3 it was clean well equipped and warm to come home to at the end of a busy day.
