Lovely apartment and great location. Weather has been excellent. Lovely patio and courtyard gardens. We ate at Lounges - our favourite. We visited Avon Beach, Christchurch, Hengistbury Head and Mudeford Spit. We enjoyed walking, discovering beach time, runs along the front and eating out. Still so much more to do and see - would love to come back again.

5/5 - If you want to be near the beach this is the one for you!
Southbourne Beach is superb. The apartment has everything you need and is very nicely appointed. We were very happy that we enjoyed the two terraces and wonderful walks on the beach plus it's proximity to everything. My only small niggle is the checkout time is the too early. It is not fair to expect people to check out by 10 am it should be 11 am as check-in is 3 pm so that gives plenty of time to do the cleaning. It was a real rush to have breakfast, tidy, finish the packing and get everything in the car. We were on holiday I don't want to be getting up at 7 am.

5* We really enjoyed our stay here. There was everything you could possibly need and the apartment was nicely decorated! We loved the location, especially the sea view ! We would definitely like to visit again

Came last June and have come back again. Was not dissappointed. Had a lovely week by the sea, love how close to the beach the apartment is and how nice and well equipped it is.

We had a great time and the apartment was lovely - 5/5 - We went to Southbourne on holiday as a family- me and my husband and my parents. The apartment where we stayed was well-equipped and immaculately clean and right near the beach. Information on everything you needed was available. There were also beach chairs and a mat and an umbrella to take to the beach. From booking to the returning of our deposit (paid in case of damage etc) and picking up our key the service was seamless. Also any e mails I send were replied to in a timely manner. We can definitely recommend.

This is a lovely cosy home, it was extremely clean and had absolutely everything you could think of. We didn’t get to enjoy the outside areas as much as we had liked as storm Dennis hit the UK the week we were here but this just gave us the opportunity to chill and sit back and relax and make good use of all the books, board games and DVD’s left to add to your stay. I would definitely recommend a visit and we would love to visit again in the warmer weather

A beautifully presented apartment which is clean, comfortable and well located. Walking distance ( with children) to a wonderful beach, shops and restaurants. Lots of family friendly attractions within a 10-15mins drive.
