Thank you we had a lovely stay in the property, it has such good space and is so user friendly with everything for a family holiday, the garden was ideal too and the children enjoyed spending time there and of course the closeness to the beach.
The local shops are great too and being a very short drive to the main town is good, although we had everything so close we needed.
This is the fourth time we have stayed in the Bournemouth area each time different properties, this is a very good place and would consider it in future for a family holiday.

Beautifully kept house

We as a family love staying at 2 Rotherfield Road. We find that the accommodation suits us from age 4 months to 78 years old. It has been a delight for my grandchildren to play with all the toys and look at all the books.
This was our third year and hope to stay next year in 2023.

Short walk to a lovely, lifeguard patrolled beach. Bournemouth is a favourite with so much to do

We had a wonderful stay here with extended family. The location is perfect right by the beach (but away from the main road), the house was clean and tidy, communication was great throughout, and the kids loved the toys and books in their room! Would definitely recommend.

5* - This elegant ‘30s house has been beautifully modernised and decorated, with a real eye for its origins, such as the fabulous pantry, as well as the needs of modern living. It has everything you need for cooking and spending time together. And it’s very convenient for local shops and the great beach at Southbourne.

5* - A very spacious and ideally located family holiday home. I have recently returned from a holiday here where three generations of my family enjoyed all the facilities this house had to offer. Ideally located for the beach and within walking distance of a lovely family pub/restaurant and local shops.

The house is large and spacious, very nicely decorated and furnished. Ideal for a large extended family. Well equipped and close to the beach- a seven minute walk down Fisherman’s zig zag walk. Beach lovely.

Lovely spacious well equipped house in a great location close to the beach, with shops, pubs and cafe all within a short walk. Also easy cycling to Bournemouth, Hengistbury Head and Christchurch Harbour. Plenty of on street parking available close to the house.
