5* - it is a fantastic property with great indoor and outdoor. Beaches, Pubs, Castles, National Park every thing is accessible with short travel, Ideal location for a holiday stay. If you are an indoor person then you have a football table and lots of board games ! House is well equipped and very comfortable. Rooms are spacious and kitchen is well equipped. 2 cars can park easily. We would prefer this house, in our next visit to this area :)

We’ve stayed at this property before, it’s comfortable, roomy for everyone and a great location for beach, walks, steamer point, Stan pit, shops, pubs, Christchurch, Highcliffe, the list goes on. Both families who stayed over the two week period thoroughly enjoyed themselves.

4/5 - Brilliant place! The property was ideal for our Christmas visit. Loved the open plan lounge and dining area. The kitchen probably needs up dating but serves its purpose. Had a great time!

5/5 - Review. A brilliant property which lived up to our expectations. We were there for an eldest sons graduation. Relatives coming and going all week, plenty of space and excellent surroundings.

5/5 - Great space which is an ideal location for Avon Beach. This property is really suitable for A family as it has 2 good double bedrooms and 2 ok twin bedrooms ideal for kids, not so ideal for older adults but we managed perfectly well as we are good friends and are used to sharing villas when abroad. The kitchen is a good size but would benefit from the door opening outwards as the fridge is behind the door. En suite was great but second bathroom could do with some updating. Overall a great space. Clean well stocked with china cutlery etc. Would definitely book again.

A great house for a holiday, comfortable and spacious. Literally a few minutes walk to the sandy beach and easy access (including the local bus) to the other attractions of the area - coast and New Forest.

Perfect location for exploring the beach (few mins walk!), christchurch and costal walks. Nice clean space, parking for at least two cars. Good kitchen cooking facilities!

Great place to stay for a week or weekend with the family, definitely recommend to a young family as the garden was nice and big and provide games as well. Only a short walk to the beach and pubs.

This is a wonderful family home in the beautiful area of Friars Cliff and just a few minutes walk to Avon Beach/Friars Cliff Beach. The house has ample space with 4 double bedrooms and the Master has an en-suite. It has been furnished to a high standard and is equiped with everything you could possibly need. There is a big sunny garden which is child friendly and at the front of the house there is parking for up to 5 cars and also a garage. The house is close to all local amenities with a Convenience store just a few minutes walk away and a choice of three Supermarkets within a few minutes car ride away. We had a fabulous time staying here and we will be recommending this property to family and friends.
