The location is excellent, with immediate access to a beautiful beach and only a short walk from the town with all the amenities that holiday-makers might want.
The views from the first-floor living room/balcony and the second floor master bedroom (specifically what I tend to call the ‘reading nook’ in the window) are amazing.
The house is well-specified and equipped to a very high standard, more than adequate for six adults or a family mix.

4* Lovely location great sea views. Lovely spacious rooms well equipped kitchen. Nice outside space at rear of house. Stairs very steep and narrow steps not really suitable for kids/ older adults. Road outside quite busy / noisy at night. Really enjoyed our stay.

Great location and a very clean modern house with top equipment and furnishings .Views are stunning .Close to nearby amenities. Just a few minor issues ...Some people may struggle to operate the Sonos Hi-fi system .Some of the TV channels suffered signal break up and operating instructions not clear .Not much storage space in bedrooms 2 and 3 with no bedside cabinets.Also go careful when leaving the drive way as it is on a blind bend . A great 4 day stay and may look to return in the future

5/5 - Family holiday. We really enjoyed our stay at this gorgeous house by the sea. Clean property with comfortable beds/furniture and great appliances in the kitchen. Just perfect sea views! Note to future tenants: it’s semi-self catering. There are towels, dish cloths, washing up liquid, hand soap and a few dishwasher/laundry pods. There were no bin bags or toilet roll though, so best to prepare for that :) We would definitely return to this property on future trips!

5* - Lovely property overall. Very comfortable bed at the top (only bed we used) and absolutely stunning view out to sea. Off street parking was very much appreciated and super useful. The stairs are a bit steep. Take your own loo roll, shower gel and hairdryer. Take extra bin bags if you’re there for more than a couple of nights. The location could not be better for a beach break!

5* - we had a great time staying at this property. location was excellent, view were gorgeous we'll definitely be back. only a short 10 Minute walk to SoboBeach and a 2 minute walk to the beach in front of the house. There was dirt under the table when we moved it (to make space for the baby to play) but nothing we couldn't hoover up ourselves. thank you for the stay Bournecoast Holiday Agents :)

5* - It’s a house with a beautiful view on the Atlantic. On sunny days the view is breathtaking. The house is comfortable, proper and well equipped with enough space and privacy for six people. Make sure you have the entrance code well before your arrival.

We had a delightful stay at this spacious and modern house with a great sea view. The communication with the agents was prompt and clear. We were initially worried about the steep stairs mentioned in some reviews, but they turned out to be all right unless you have mobility issues. Our only concern was with the cleanliness of the property. While the surfaces looked clean at first glance, we noticed a fair amount of dust and sand in places that are not immediately visible. Overall, we highly recommend this property to others.

4* - Great stay, good clean accommodation. Steps to lounge and two of the bedrooms need a mention as quite steep for less mobile people, we were fine but could cause a problem. Lovely stay at Bournecoast, great location.

5* - Stunning property with gorgeous views and accessible to a quiet part of the beach. Truly bliss. We made some incredible family memories. Only heads up to note is that there is no toilet on the ground floor - and the stairs in the property are very steep. This meant my 86 year old dad had to climb them. Also keep the steepness of the stairs in mind if staying with young children. Apart from that 10/10.

4* - What a gorgeous property! We rented this for my 40th birthday and it was really lovely! The location was great (right on the beach front with access to the beach) and just outside of the New Forest. It was beautifully decorated and impeccably clean. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it. The only two issues were: 1) the overflowing bins outside (after a very quick reply from Bournecoast Holiday Agents we did as instructed and left the bags, tied up next to the bins on the day we left). 2) there was no mention in the description about the very steep staircases. This was fine for myself, my husband and my children and would not have put me off renting for my immediate family, but my parents really struggled up and down the stairs, my dad nearly tumbling down on one occasion. I think it would be wise to include this caveat in the main description.

Expect the best...Really good stay the accommodation makes up for it. First class, Would highly recommend the stay if possible. The views are stunning! Wonderful stay…Really hit the spot in terms of a good holiday away. Could not have asked for better. The view itself from the accommodation is worth it! Highly recommend!

Fabulous property which has been beautifully refurbished. Beautifully clean and the hosts were extremely responsive when we had an issue with one of the TVs - they sorted it straight away. The location is perfect - at the top of a cliff path so 5 minutes and you're on a really lovely quiet (even in peak season) beach. 5 minutes walk away you have the Spyglass and Kettle pub with good food and fabulous service (but recommend you book - it gets busy). The other way you have the Bistro on the Beach with some lovely food. Thoroughly recommend both! The property itself is immaculate. The master suite on the top floor is a pleasure to spend time although we found the mattress very soft so beware if you need something firmer. Having a washer/dryer in the kitchen is a godsend when you come back with damp swimming costumes and sandy towels from the beach. It was a real pleasure to spend time there. One thing to beware of is that both sets of stairs are narrow, steep and shallow. We did get used to them but if you have any form of mobility challenges going up/down stairs then this is probably not for you. Otherwise - go for it - it's a beautiful property in a beautiful location.

To be quite honest it was an expensive choice but apart from only having one key (we locked ourselves out on the last night) and not a tea towel in sight, the house was perfect for our stay. The location was fantastic, overlooking the sea, right opposite the access path to the beach and conveniently placed to restaurants/pubs. With a young grandchild with us, Netflix for kids was ideal to keep the 4 year old content whilst the adults got on with their chores. Fortunately, when we left our key behind, a Bournecast agent was able to meet us with a duplicate within 10 minutes of phoning out of hours - much appreciated. And as for the weather!!! Wonderful. I'd recommend Southbourne to anyone, beautiful clean beach and less crowded than Boscombe and Bournemouth. I'm sure we will visit again.
