5* - The flat was nice and clean, the area was very quiet and only 20min walk from Southbourne Beach. Had access to the garden for the kids to play in and kitchen was sufficiently stocked with pots, pans, dishware and all the comforts of a home. The shower did cut out on the 3rd day but still had the bath working.

4* The flat was in a great place ideally situated for Bournemouth/ Boscombe/Poole and Christchurch. A few minutes walk to some pubs for lunch or dinner. The flat was generally clean, however the fridge had bits of food stuck on the shelves. The toilet had been cleaned but the seat was really stained. The headboard for one of the single beds was broken. The oven doesn’t work properly. The bedding and towels were spotless. Plenty of cutlery, crockery etc but no tea towel. The people at Bournecoast property agents were quick to reply to my message

5* Apartment that occupies the top of a house with a large master bedroom and a small bedroom for children. The kitchen is very well equipped, I have rarely seen as many utensils, tupperwares etc available in a holiday rental. The apartment is bright and located in a quiet area with a few shops nearby (pub, small supermarket...). Communication with the agency is quick and easy and their instructions were very clear. Bournemouth can be used as a base to explore the Jurassic Coast and the main points of interest of Dorset. Life is expensive in England and the price of this rental is reasonable, it's a good value for money.

4* Would say the bathroom could have been a bit cleaner but other than that I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend Bournecoast Holiday for anyone that is planning a trip to the area

Great Holiday. We were really happy with the apartment, it had all the facilities we needed, the beds were comfy and the place was clean and tidy we would not hesitate to stay here again and recommend this place. The Bournemouth lettings office were also very helpful. We were down visiting family who live in Bournemouth and we had a great weeks holiday.

The agents were fantastic responding to our questions and went over and above when we had problems with the Tv. The flat is spacious in a quiet road near lots of amenities. We used the flat to explore the area with our dog. Lovely beaches and activities Thanks to the team for our stay.

Lovely little maisonette and garden, great location! Nice homely feel to the properly, lovely art! Beds are semi comfortable but lovely clean linen! Fridge is at an awkward angle and if not closed properly it remains open! We didn’t figure out the TV but we took our Apple TV so all good!

5* - Great location and worked really well for travelling with a dog. However, it is worth noting that the garden is not enclosed. Overall, I would recommend as a good place to stay.

5* - Great second floor flat in a quiet residential area but easy access to all main places of interest. Dog friendly flat. Had a fab time. Had a great stay. Perfect for our family and dog. Quiet residential area but central to the places we wanted to visit. Shower didn’t work but was quickly fixed within 2 hours. Definitely recommend. Thank you.

4/5 - We would come again. Suitable for 3 people. Flat is located in a middle-class part of Bournemouth (Iford). Street parking, but none on the property. No problem for us.

A lovely house on a quiet residential street. The comfy beds and fresh linens, with an ample amount of sunlight coming through the main bedroom and living room windows.

Apartment was exactly as described. Very quiet residential area of town with some great local amenities within easy walking distance. Apartment is looking a bit tired and could do with a general decoration overhaul but overall it was just what we needed in a very central location. Private rear garden meant that we could have a BBQ in our own private space. Great local pubs within easy walking distance. Booking process and communications was superb with Bournecoast Holiday Agent

Two large bedrooms with good quality and plenty bed linen, well equipped kitchen, good living room. Very friendly neighbour and good management by Bournecoast Holiday Agents. The only observation: no Internet - what is pretty much "mandatory" nowadays specially if you are travelling with children. But recommended for small family with a dog.

A really cosy, spotlessly clean and well equipped flat. It has steep stairs and no wifi, but otherwise is a very welcome oasis within short distance of lots of wonderful places.

This apartment was in an ideal location for us - between Southbourne and Christchurch. It was a good size and had all the amenities I'd expect. Check in and check out was a really smooth process. I'd recommend this place for a short stay in sunny Bournemouth.

The apartment has everything you could need and is lovely, clean and spacious. There are plenty of activities and beaches nearby. Parking is the only issue but we always managed to find somewhere.
