Location and house were excellent, walking distance to the beach and near the river for paddleboarding. Beds and furniture all comfortable. One parking place but street had spaces
No trace of the external food waste bin, just the inside caddy.

5-star review - Well, what a lovely place! Spotlessly clean, well presented accommodation with loads of room for a large family. All rooms of a decent size and all the equipment you would ever need, especially in the kitchen and utility. Very nice garden, fully enclosed so ideal for children and dogs. Lovely conservatory and plenty of outside seating. Set in a peaceful and up market location it is nice and quiet. As well as the high standard accommodation, the other major bonus for this place is its location. Ideally situated, it’s within minutes of the river and tea gardens and local amenities. Just a little further is Christchurch (take the ferry across the river), and some great walks towards Hengistbury Head, which is a definite must-do. And, of course, don’t forget the beaches. All within walking distance. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for spacious accommodation in the Bournemouth area.

5-star review - Beautiful clean house with lovely enclosed garden for our two dogs. Very spacious living and dining areas, with all the amenities we needed. Perfect get-away for our group within walking distance to the beach and local shops (including a brilliant bakery!).

5-star review - I had a wonderful holiday staying with Bournecoast Holiday. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach, and everything was exactly as described. The property was spotless and very well maintained. I would definitely recommend them and look forward to booking again.

5-star review - Lovely house in a beautiful location, everything we needed in walking distance shops, pub, and the sea (if you don’t want to walk to the sea it is only about a 5min drive) - communication with the host was exceptional

Lovely house and location. House was big enough for a party of 9 adults, 3 generations of the same family. Kitchen was spacious and had everything you needed. Conservatory was big enough to sit everyone down to eat. Living area was comfy, but could benefit from an additional sette. The grandparents were located on the ground floor. Bedrooms were spacious. My only criticism here is they had to climb in and out of the bath to have a shower. Upstairs were 3 further bedrooms, 2 of which had sloping ceilings and not particularly practical for tall people. Bathroom consisted of a sink, toilet and shower which was adequate. We took 3 cars and there was ample parking in the street. All the family had fun playing on the table football. You are within walking distance to the local Tesco, close to the river and a good 20 minute walk to the beach. Overall, we all really enjoyed our stay here.

Lovely property, nice rooms with everything we needed during our stay. Walking distance to convenience store and lovely beach. Quick response if we required assistance. Suggested Improvements: Doors and beds made noise.

5-star review - Lovely accomodation, the light pastel shades and the spacious ground level rooms set us in a special holiday mood. Our party of eight found plenty to do in Christchurch with a music festival, nature reserve walks, beach and par 3 golf course all within walking distance.

5-star review - 2 families, great space for us both with room to spare. Garden was lovely and the kitchen spacious and neat. Make sure you checknout the river and surrounding tea house and pubs. Fun little self drive boats for hire and beach not too far! would definitely stay there again!

5-star review - We have just returned from a short stay and this lovely property. The agents and owners were friendly, helpful and communication was easy and clear. There was always someone to contact should help be required. The property was spacious and very clean. It was perfect for our family group. The kitchen was well equipped and there was lots of seating for meal times and in the living areas. The property is perfectly located in a quiet residential street, with walks close by, a short walk to the beach and a short drive from Bournemouth town and pier or Mudeford. There is lots to do in and around the area. There was ample on road parking and one driveway space. We would recommend The Riverside restaurant just around the corner for a meal out. Overall, we had a thoroughly enjoyable stay in this property and the hosts were super. We would certainly book to stay again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. - Thank you Bournecoast Holidays (and the owners)

9/10 - A comfortable house in a good location. The house was spacious enough for 7 adults and 1 child. The kitchen was well equipped and a good sized dining table for us all. The garden is private and secure for children and lots of nice little touches, such as buckets and spades to borrow etc. Everyone loved the table football! The river is just a 5 minute walk and the sea about 15 mins.

5* - Bournemouth 2023. The property was fabulous, plenty of room to spread out with the children, big ones and little ones. Adults could find some peace if needed. The location was perfect, 5 mins away from the beach in the car, or a 20 min walk. We drove to Ringwood for the country park, and Mudeford Quay to do some crabbing. Perfect and I am sure there was more to find and do, so we will have to return. I would highly recommend this property. We loved our stay.

Our stay was very enjoyable, a nice property and well laid out.
Only comments I would make is the upstairs wc had a knack to flush which was hard to get used to! (a bit nerve wracking!). The microwave didn’t seem to work, but I had mentioned that to you already, and we didn’t really need to use it much. The oven was a bit tricky to use, and thankfully the instruction booklet was on hand! But we managed, so no real issues.
We know the area well, and stay nearly every year, and have used Bournecoast on and off for over 20 years. So thank you for all your help and assistance this time and in the past.

We had a lovely stay in Southbourne and your service was very good . The house suited us and is full of character ?? and was very clean apart from a slight issue with the oven and the fridge …nothing major but oven quite dirty with food on the shelves and there was some food left on the fridge shelf ….

Lovely place, beautifully decorated in beach theme, lots of space, light, thoughtful furnishing. Great outdoor space as well. Only 15 mins to the beach. Would go back again.

5* - We had a wonderful stay at this property and would definitely come again! Lots of room, beautiful garden and everything we needed to cook meals and feel at home. It was perfectly situated with shops, pubs and beach all within walking distance. Loved the little extras like books and board games, not to mention the very cute decor!
