5 star review - Well appointed , well situated apartment ; with everything that you need, and nothing that you do not. I choose self catering as I am on a restricted diet , so kitchen facilities are important to me. My only negative comment was the television seemed a little temperamental ; I found the best way to get it to work was switching it on, then off ,then on again!

5* Accommodation close to the sea and located. A great advantage is having a private parking space. Enough for 3 people no more. Towels and sheets are provided. The agency has everything planned for you to cook at "home". Small downside that was faulty, also little mobile network (Belgian). Welcome to the agency staff: perfect, friendly and helpful.

5* Good location halfway between Southbourne Grove and the beachfront to be able to walk to both and also great to have an off road parking space. Totally suited me as a single person for a week stay, had all the basics in the kitchen you needed, clean modern bathroom with good shower and comfortable bed. Communication with Bourne Coast was great and collecting keys easy, literally just 5 min walk from the flat. Only downside for me was the noise from neighbours or maybe fellow holiday lets in all the surrounding gardens, as it was summer people were out til late into the evening and I had to have the windows open as it was so hot! Other than that I enjoyed my stay at this little place. Thanks

Really good value for money. The apartment is both really close to the beach and high street. Communication with the agency was great! Would definitely stay here again.

Nice flat, good location for beach and shops. No hassle arriving or leaving. Good holiday. The process of booking, keys delivered to us, communication was first class. The flat was as described, good location for beach and walks. Had a lovely holiday.

Great location! Lovely flat, more spacious than on the photos. The bathroom has been redone and is much nicer than on the pictures too. Very comfortable bed.

Good value for money and excellent location with shops at one end of the road and the beach at the other. Very quiet neighbourhood and the parking space was a real bonus as Bournemouth is a nightmare to park. Flat was small but perfectly fine for three people.

This is an attractively laid out and comfortable space, ideally located for local shops and pubs and the seafront. We will certainly consider returning here.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this well fitted out flat. Although small, it was very well laid out and functional. The bed was comfortable, the towels and bedding of an excellent quality, the water hot and plentiful and the wifi fast. As Australians visiting for the first time, it was fun for us staying in a normal house/flat in a regular Bournemouth street - a taste of life in the area. The location is perfect, a quiet side street within walking distance to the main street, shops and the shoreline at the end of the road. Would definitely recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.
