5-star review - Great flat for a family holiday right by the beach. It was perfect for our young family and made for a fantastic seaside getaway. If I had to nit-pick, the internet was a little slow in some areas of the flat, and the bedroom blinds didn’t block out as much light as we would have liked. However, these were only minor issues. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely recommend it to families looking for a fun seaside holiday.

OVERALL: 7/10 (Cleanliness: 7.5 / Location: 7.5 / Facilities: 7.5 / Comfort: 10 / Value for money: 10) - Great location and size property for 6 adults. Lots of lovely walks - no need to use your car. Great to have parking onsite and free parking across the road. Great location. Suggested Improvements: A few things are a bit tired - stains on the carpet in the lounge and en-suite needs some tlc. Also saucepans need replacing as non stick very scratched and a few plates chipped.

Location was perfect for beach walks. Suggested improvements - Kitchen floor Lack of soap Wifi stopped working during a family movie one evening and couldnt be reset as the hub was in the upstairs apartment.

Suggested Improvements: Back garden weedy, back window frame dirty, only mugs for tea. Poor tv, hardly any channels, wonky ensuit toilet seat.

We enjoyed our stay at the property very much – great weather too!
We have stayed in the property before (with different owners) and so I think that says it all – we love the close proximity to the beaches and Southbourne shops. It’s a very nice apartment with everything we need. I’m sure we’ll be booking again!

8/10 - Positives: Location, facilities, not bad on price. Suggested Improvements: TV not in ideal spot with seating, sofa bit uncomfortable, beds wooden sides uncomfortable getting in and out but mattresses good, pillows bit flat.

Spacious apartment, well equipped. Nice to have the outdoor space for the dog. Great to have a parking spot just outside. Suggested Improvements: Poor wi-fi, the signal didn't reach the bedrooms. Only one tv, which was small and not great. Bathrooms looked a bit tired. Did not provide any bin bags for any of the bins.

The property was clean and comfortable very modern and in a very quiet area there is lots to do in the area, check in went smooth we were working in the area and the property was just what we needed after a long days graft. If working in the area again would definitely book again. Suggested Improvements: No complaints from me.

We had a great time at this nice house, ground floor appartment. It was easy to find and was very well equipped, nothing we missed. Easy access to the beach perfect parking. The two first floor appartments had beach view, quiet house but cars passing infront. I would recommend to stay here - 10 min walk to shops and nice restaurants to choose from a bit more than an hour to walk to Bournemouth along the coast. Bus stop next to house. All perfect

9/10 (Cleanliness: 10 / Location: 10 / Facilities: 10 / Comfort: 10 / Value for money: 10) - Very enjoyable, definitely need a car to get around. Lovely area with the sea across the road. Lovely & spacious, very clean & comfortable. Everything was really nice. A couple of small things, sofas are very low which made it difficult to get up. Kettle really needs descaling and there was no tea strainer. Bedroom mats were a bit slippery on the floor but we overall, we loved the apartment.
