4/5 - Nice little flat, with everything you need. Good central location if you want to visit a few places in the near area. Clean and tidy with the expected wear and tear area's but nothing major. Unfortunately there is no door on the kitchen and during our stay one of the kitchen windows was broken so the wind coming through made it quite cold in the evenings so had to shut ourselves in the rooms instead which were warm. Reported it straight to the agent who said they would get that fixed. Sofa's are not the most comfortable as quite upright but adequate. Would stay again.

Lovely 2 bedroom apartment, great location near to shops & Christchurch. Warm, comfortable & very clean. Carparking & a dishwasher a bonus. Bournecoast were extremely helpful. To improve the stay some of the utensils like saucepans etc. need replacing, guides on how to use the oven & TV etc. would have been helpful. Some of the furniture is dated & needs replacing. Overall a lovely stay, we'd definitely come back.

Nice apartment on the 1st floor. Had a great time in Southbourne, the apartment was nice, the environment quiet, good for go by bus and near to the beach and a little supermarket. Very good beds. The parking space was a little bit too small for our large car so we had to coordinate with the other holiday makers, but no problem at all. Thank you!

5* - Very warm and comfortable accommodation. Clean apartment within walking distance from the beach and all required facilities. Quiet and green area, parking place and small garden. We had a great time there. Recommend.

The flat was exactly as described, and the agents were very helpful. The wifi accidentally got turned off during our stay, and within 30 minutes of contacting the agents they’d sent someone to the flat to fix it. The only thing was that there was not the essentials, like toilet paper, kitchen roll, detergent for the washing machine, or tablets for the dishwasher. and we missed a coffee maker. Other wise, we had a great stay, the beds were comfy and the kitchen and bathrooms were modern and clean.
