5 star review - The whole family group, 3 generations from 2 months to 70 years completely enjoyed the stay in this property. Clean, well appointed and comfortable. Only regret was that we didn't book it for a longer stay. Highly recomended.

NYE Stay - 5 star review - Great house - lots of space and was clean and tidy. Location ideal if you want to go exploring along the coastline or take a trip into Bournemouth. Would recommend!!

5 star review - The house was amazing, a mixed family group aged between 6 and 60. Games room very good with pool, football table, air hockey lots of board games. Kitchen had everything you could need inc washing up liquid, dish washer tablets and a washing machine tablet, (the cooking oil and salt may have been left by previous guests). The bar area with its neon signs was a great evening space. Living room had a drawer full of DVD's. Garden shed full of spades and beach equipment for kids. Bedrooms were comfortable and a very nice touch of some soft toys on the beds for the kids. Plenty of places to eat and takeaways in the village and a 15 minute-ish walk to a beautiful beach with a short land train ride to Bournemouth pier. A brilliant time was had by all.

4* This house was clean and spacious and we had a great stay. Some areas of the house need a little TLC but apart from that a great space for a large family to stay in

5* The hosts were responsive and the house was clean. My family had a great time staying at the AirBnB and the kids enjoyed it too. Everything listed was there and we had no problem settling in.

Had a family holiday with 8 adults and 6 children. Property was plenty big enough, has everything you need and has nice garden space. It’s a bit of a walk to the beach and a bus ride from main Bournemouth area

5/5 - Great house for a 4 generation holiday. We were looking for a property suitable for 9 people ranging from 4 to 88 years of age, this house was great for us. My mother managed the stairs with a little assistance. I think that mealtimes would have been cramped with 15 people staying. It was really useful having the bar and games room as well as the sitting room - there was always somewhere peaceful when the children were playing. The children loved the garden, even though the squirrel stole some of the Easter eggs hidden ready for the egg hunt! My 4 year old granddaughter wanted to know if she could live in the house all the time. We were really lucky and had 3 sunny days, it was a pleasant walk to the beach along the footpath through the woods. A great family holiday!

Good house for a gathering by the sea. Plenty of communal space and lovely walk to the beach along safe pathways. We were a family group with small children and it worked well.

We felt so lucky to find this house so last minute and were delighted with it. Fab location just a 15min walk and 4 mins drive to the beach. The house was spacious and clean and had everything in there that we possibly needed. The games room was a real treat and our teenage kids loved it. Three parking spaces and lots of on street parking meant the 4 cars we had was not problematic. Check in was made easy by the key safe. Would highly recommend this property, which for the amount of house we felt was good value.

5/5 - Wonderful generational holiday. We had a wonderful holiday in this lovely property. 4 generations of family and all enjoyed the accommodation. It was exactly as described, clean, well appointed and a short walk down the chine to the beach. Can thoroughly recommend and would definitely book again

We certainly enjoyed our stay in the property - it was well positioned and, in general, the amenities provided gave us everything that we needed. The games room was used by nearly everybody and the selection of board games was amongst the best that we have seen in the many properties that we have let. There were, however, a couple of let down matters. The dining room table proved difficult to sit 11 people - in addition there were only 10 chairs. The latter seems very strange when the property can sleep 15 people.

5* - What a fabulous spacious home! Good sized rooms, play room for children ( and adults!) cocktail bar, outdoor space too! Magical woodland walk to a stunning beach with gently shelving sea. Amenities and fantastic park for children on Alum Chine. Great location. Wonderful 5 day stay.

5* - We had an amazing time in Westbourne and surrounding areas. The location of the property was excellent and the property itself was fantastic, one we will definitely recommend. The games room and bar room really made our stay with the excellent sized lounge and dining room. There were also lots of board games. The garden was tired looking and needs some tlc. We had such a special time and we are so pleased we found this property. We will definitely recommend this property and hope to come back one day. Many thanks.
