10/10 - The property exceeded our expectations, clean, comfortable and a great location. Would definitely come again. Great location to both the beach and town centre (Southbourne is a lovely place). Comfy beds. Clean / modern. Good size.

9/10 - Great accommodation for a relaxing holiday on the beach, we would book again immediately. Very spacious, modern, well-equipped, great location in the second row facing the Cliff (between the other houses you could even see the sea), private parking in front of the house.

We had a great stay at this flat recently. Perfectly located for the beach with nice restaurants around. Very easy to find, park and access the property. Would love to stay again soon!

5* - The apartment was in a prime location, 5-10 minute walk to SoBo beach, and also very close to the nearby high street. It was also very clean upon arrival, and came with a nice couple of welcome bits. Great value apartment, I would highly recommend.

A lovely location and apartment. Very clean and had plenty of utilities (washing machine came in very handy after a few journeys to the beach), however lacked in a few essential items such as loo roll, bin liners, tea towels and cooking oils. But overall a perfect location and lovely apartment to spend a few nights away. Would definitely recommend.

5* - Beautiful accommodation in a fantastic location! Finishing touches excellent and thanks so much for the goody basket !! Bed super comfy and huge and shower great! A chest of drawers in each bedroom would be a real bonus and hangers on the rails as it’s nice to be able to fully unpack on holiday..but only a minor thing really! Oh and a tea towel to dry up with. Only a few minutes stroll to the beach and a 10/15 mins walk to Southbourne! Highly recommend and can’t wait to return!!

5* - We had a lovely stay at the property. It is beautifully decorated and very well equipped. The location is fantastic. There was a lovely surprise on arrival - a hamper full of delicious goodies. We would definitely recommend it and will be returning ourselves.

5* - Really comfortable place to stay. Living room spacious. Kitchen had dishwasher, washing machine, oven & hob, microwave etc. Balcony accessed from both bedrooms with comfortable rocker chair and small coffee table with two chairs. Location very convenient for sea, walks, Southbourne with some good coffee shops and bakeries. Would definitely consider staying there again.

5/5 - Chilled out jubilee. Had a fab fun four days three nights in this fantastic apartment, short stroll to the beach each evening followed by an iced gin on the balcony caught the tail end of the fireworks from Bournemouth pier.

5* - Outstanding location. Within 5 minutes of walking to the beach. Having a balcony with sea glimpses was a bonus - much enjoyed at night with a glass of wine. Clean , tidy and spacious. Looking forward to coming back again!!
