5-star review - Modern well equipped ground floor flat with level access from the car park at the rear. There is a washing machine with built in dryer which is very helpful. It is only a five minute walk from the cliff and ramp down to the beach. For those with an EV there is a Be.EV charging point at the nearby Warren Edge Car Park which is a five minute walk from the flat. There is a Co-op shop just a ten minute walk up the road or if you prefer an M&S Simply Food shop in nearby Christchurch adjacent to the Bank Car Park. The Riverside Pub is well worth a visit. Hengistbury Head Visitors Centre and the Hikers cafe are also well worth visiting.

10/10 - Excellent apartment which was more than suitable for our needs. Beautifully clean and all the amenities we needed. Very comfortable beds. We could not have asked for more.

Thank you for such a comfortable stay. An amazing base to visit family with everything we needed in the apartment to be self sufficient. The beds were a dream, the favourite part of my kids stay. We will be back.

10/10 - Nice property. Suggested Improvements: Could do with a couple more pictures on wall and a plant to make more homely, but nice room. Could not open any bedroom window or turn down temperature we were very hot in the bedroom but would reccomend as nice property in good location. Found all the keys and codes a bit daunting.

5-star review - We loved our recent stay at the property. It was larger than we expected and perfectly spacious for the five of us. The bedrooms were large and roomy with was plenty of space for storage. The property was well stocked and everything needed for our stay was provided. It was tastefully decorated and in a great location with a two minute walk to the nearby SOBO beach and a 3 minute drive to the nearby high street. We greatly enjoyed our stay and would love to return!

5-star review- I would recommend this place to everyone. Perfect location to walk to the beach - so quiet and peaceful too. The property was very very clean, everything was spotless and bed/pillows extremely comfy. Even had fans in the rooms if needed The property felt very safe and behind gates too. Me and my family would like to thank you so much for giving us the opportunity to stay in your wonderful apartment. It was so worn and welcoming, we didn't want to leave. Felt like home from home. Lounge area was so relaxing, beds were comfy, having two bathrooms was brilliant and kitchen had everything we needed. Location was fantastic and we would 100% come back and stay.

5-star review - What a beautiful apartment. It was spacious, very clean and well equipped. The location was perfect for Southbourne beach and the surrounding area. Shops were close by. The accommodation was very secure. There were far more amenities in the apartment, than in the actual listing, so we didn't need to take as much equipment as we did! We liked the welcome card from the owners and the treat that they left us- a thoughtful touch, thank you. A great holiday base. Highly recommend it. Thank you.

9/10 - Close to a lovely beach. Great location for the lovely beach and promenade. The apartment seemed more spacious than the online photos suggested. Handy to have parking and the patio space too.

8/10 - Our Bournemouth getaway. Our family loved it. We loved the space! it was clean and had nice size rooms, good size kitchen and 2 bathrooms for our family was great. The location was very close to the beach, about 5 minute walk. Our kids loved it. Feedback: When we arrived we didn't have any wifi or phone signal and had to wait for someone to come out to fix it which took a couple of hours and was fixed late evening. We was only supplied with one bin bag and had to call the customer service team to see if there was anymore in the property, we was informed that we had to buy our own. We also didn't know how to open the front door for our whole stay.

5 star review - We had a great holiday!! The accommodation was exactly what we needed and it was right next to the beach. The perfect combo. Few issues getting in on arrival as codes for gate were given incorrectly. Other than that we had no issues at all

5* - Great modern flat, 5 mins walk from a lovely beach. You'll probably need to drive a bit though to go out to eat as there's not much within a 15 minute walk.

5/5 - Spacious modern apartment in perfect location. We had a lovely 2 week stay, the apartment is very well kitted out and is very new and easy to keep clean and tidy. I am very fussy when it comes to self catering accommodation so it takes a lot to impress me. We loved the huge patio doors, giving so much light and fresh air on warm days! We also loved the wardrobe spaces, great to have so much storage space. The beds were super comfy too, with ample bedding and the bath towels were lovely and big - it was all quite luxurious and very good value for money - we had family staying close by and we definitely had the much nicer accommodation by a long way! My only minor gripes were no potato masher lol and the blinds needed a bit of dusting - other than that perfect! I would definitely recommend a stay here, 6 minute walk to the most glorious beach, a nice quite location and nothing was too much trouble for the host.

5* Everything is quite new and meets highest expectations. The beds are very comfortable, the flat is spacious, and the house is quietly located - in close distance to the ocean which can be spotted from the terrace. I rarely have been so happy with an accommodation.

5/5 - Beautiful apartment. The apartment was very clean and so much equipment provided just a larger sieve would be helpful. Very well situated so everything is nearby that you would need. We did struggle trying to get the keys out of the key safe to get in on arrival. By the pictures we thought the garden would be slightly bigger and only gets the sun on the patio for part of the day but with the beaches so close it really didnt matter.

This is a super apartment - deceptively spacious, spotlessly clean and really comfortable. It is extremely well equipped and the Welcome Basket is particularly lovely. The location is perfect; so close to the beach yet quiet and peaceful. The little terrace is an added bonus for enjoying breakfast in the early morning sun. We would definitely like to stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay in the lovely apartment and hope to return in the future. We loved the apartment's high quality fixtures, fittings, appliances, comfortable beds, great quality beddings and towels and the lovely welcome basket which was appreciated. The location was great, being 5 minutes walk to the beach. We also met a couple of the neighbours who were lovely.
Overall we loved the apartment and enjoyed our time there. It felt very much like home.

5* - We had a wonderful stay at this apartment, it's situated a couple of minutes walk from sandy Southbourne beach and 10 min walk from a high street with a few good eateries. The flat is actually more spacious than the photos implied and immaculate, it is excellently kitted out with high end appliances and furniture, all the modern conveniences you could want, including board games and even a little complimentary gift basket which was a nice touch. There is plenty of storage throughout. The bedrooms are a good size, the bathrooms are lovely, bright, airy, very clean and modern. The kitchen has everything you could need and also fairy liquid, a few dishwasher tabs etc so you were set from day one. We would definitely stay again. The Bournemouth coast is beautiful and there is plenty to do both off the beaten routes and the tourist favourites.

Wow, what a fabulous apartment! Absolutely loved cooking in the kitchen, which had everything we needed and while the rest of the family could relax in the living area. Being able to sit on the patio was also a bonus. Really spacious and also a nice touch with some family board games available when the weather wasn’t as nice. The beautiful Sandy beach is also just a few minutes walk away - fantastic location! We would absolutely love to return for another short break away here.
