5 Star Review - Great property and location. We had an excellent stay at Princes Court for our long stay and would be happy to book here again having had a great experience in terms of property and location. The flat is within a block of flats yet adequately peaceful despite this and with it’s own private entrance, is very much self contained. Inside it is modern and spacious, fitted with a very good standard of kitchen/white goods and furnished with good quality furniture and beds etc throughout. Both bathrooms provide showers, with the main bathroom containing a bath and conveniently, also houses the washing machine away from sleeping rooms. Large courtyard/private patio garden is a definite win with good quality outdoor garden furniture and some shelter too.

Very comfortable beds and clean and tidy place. Everything seemed fresh. The place was a bit smaller than expected especially the twin room. It was convenient to have the extra shower room. I would suggest some handles in the bathroom to hold on to as well at the steps going in and out for safety. The outdoor place was a bonus and the trees were lovely and very picturesque. Good location for nearby beaches and supermarket nearby was very convenient.

We stayed in this gorgeous flat over the Bank Holiday weekend, a total of 4 nights and had a super time. The flat was in tip top condition and very nicely decorated. It was very well equipped with everything you would need for a holiday rental. Always love a dishwasher and washing machine. Super comfy beds and 2 nice bathrooms. The outdoor area was so lovely and we happily spent mealtimes there. Our son loved the under cover chairs for his reading nook. Location wise it was within walking distance of Boscombe Beach and lots of other amenities. Beach bar and restaurant were lovely as was the Pier. We had a very nice breakfast in the Flamingo Restaurant too which was close to the flat. Took a day trip to Bournemouth and the Titanic Museum in Southampton. Crazy golf and Ferris wheel at Bournemouth were a hit with our son. The flat came with it's own parking space too which was very handy. Highly recommend this superb 5* flat

5/5 - what an awsome place to stay. Really great appartment - great location - close to the beaches and also the city center of Boscombe - beautiful inside and outside - great and huge terrace - everything in the apartment that you will need - great and fast communication with the agency - we as a family really enjoyed our stay - one thing to keep in mind - it´s a ground floor apartment and there´s another appartment above so if there´s young kids there as were during our stay you will need to expect a lot of stepping noise from them as the house is a beautifully renovated old house with high ceilings but wooden floors and low noise insultation there.

The apartment was neat and clean. The location is absolutely fantastic, right in the center of Boscombe, close to the beach and shops. Both within walking distance. The two bathrooms came in very handy with our two daughters. A big plus is the large garden, especially at this location in the middle of the center. Great to enjoy the sun with a drink at the end of the day. The only drawback is that the upstairs neighbors are very loud in the evening.

5/5 - Great stay. Apart from the weather it was perfect, they even had some family games for rainy days. The flat is near to the beach and to the Boscombe city Center.

5* Wonderful place, everything nearby, shops, beach... Parking spot also avilable. If you lucky enough you can also park on the street just outside the fence. Property is clean and well prepared for every guest. Two bathrooms makes huge difference. Suitable for families. And the garden is just enormous. We all appreciate it.

5/5 - Great for families! The accommodation offers everything you need for a relaxing family holiday. Plenty of space and storage space, great equipment (kitchen with lots of accessories, games and puzzles, washing machine, etc.) and a private outdoor area. The beautiful beach of Boscombe, restaurants and shops for daily needs are within easy walking distance. We were very satisfied!

5* We had a lovely time in Boscombe - the flat is perfectly situated near the beach and shops. It was very convient to have two bathrooms, as we were 4 females visiting :) The flat was spacious, clean and had a cozy garden/courtyard.

Really lovely place to stay. Flat was clean and uncluttered. Had everything we needed, was a really comfortable space, easy to find what we needed. A really good location was within 20 minutes of everywhere we wanted to go. Lots of choice of supermarkets to get food from and a five minute drive from Boscombe Beach. Boscombe Beach really great as it has wheelchair access onto the sand which I enjoyed a lot. The space was the perfect size for us as an adult family of four. While we were staying there was scaffolding around the building so we didn't get to enjoy the patio as much as we'd liked, it was still a very pretty space. A couple of nights the upstairs neighbours were very loud so I'd recommend packing ear plugs.

5* - I can tell you that I had a successful vacation. I spent wonderful moments, the apartment was equipped with all the items that a family needs and very clean. We didn't miss anything. The location is very close to the beach and quiet. Even my wife who is very demanding, it was very charming. Thank you!

5* - Great weekend break by the sea! A lovely apartment, perfect for a weekend break by the sea ! Beautifully furnished with a great outdoor area and a stones throw from the beach. Ideal spot with bars and restaurants for evening meals. Highly recommend this !

5* - Great value apartment for 4. Stayed here recently with friends and found the apartment a perfect location for exploring up and down the coast on foot or by bus, plus easy access to the variety of restaurants and eateries nearby. The flat was light, airy and comfortable with a lovely private outdoor space which only the cold weather stopped us from making the most of. Good cooking facilities which we also used and 2 bathrooms between the 4 of us meant no queuing for the shower either! Would recommend.

5* - Fantastic flat for exploring Boscombe and Bournemouth. Lovely well furnished ground floor apartment which is in a great location. Short walk to Boscombe pier and the beach and easy walk to shops . Outdoor space is a real bonus for enjoying a drink or meal. Flat has everything you need for a lovely break .

We had a very enjoyable stay in the apartment. It was very central and close walking distance to Boscombe Pier. We would definitely consider booking it again.

Very comfortable apartment with a lovely garden for the summer. You need to bring a lot of the basics like salt and pepper, toilet rolls and tea towels, but the apartment is fresh and clean with plenty of cooking utensils, games, lovely large towels and the most comfy mattresses we think we've ever had when away. It's a 10 minutes walk to the beach ( longer on the way back up the hill). There's allocated parking but you are very near the bus stops too. We thought it was great.

5* - We stayed for a few nights and had a lovely break. The flat has everything you need and was very clean and tidy with a lovely outdoor space to have a drink. It was in a great location for getting to the beach or town centre (or exploring the area more widely). Highly recommended!

5/5 - Perfect for a beach holiday! We had so much fun staying in this flat. It's located very conveniently, 5 minutes from Boscombe Pier and the beach. Sainsburys, Aldi and Lidl only a short walk away. The flat itself is lovely, lots of light inside and stayed cool even in the heatwave. Loved the kitchen as well, it was very well-equipped and even had little plugs for wine bottles. The terrace was perfect for eating and drinking outside in the sunshine. All in all it made for a very enjoyable holiday and I can only recommend it.

Lovely apartment in a perfect location - 5* - We had a really enjoyable stay at this apartment. It is a lovely modern, smart apartment with everything you need situated in a perfect location. It also has a lovely garden, ideal for al fresco eating. The apartment is close to the beach and so perfect for relaxing at the beach and wonderful coastal walks. It is also conveniently located for shops and restaurants. Highly recommended.
