5-star review - Place was great. clean, tidy. Neighbouring properties could do with a bit of a sort out as you can see dirty pool water out the back. Short walk to the beach and amenities. Very much worth the money.

5-star review - Absolutely beautiful place with the most wonderful view of the beach and surrounding area. If you have a big family event it is the perfect place to stay. Our only comment is the walk to the beach is quite steep so please be aware if you have people with mobility issues - you can park at the beach if needed.

The house was in a lovely position overlooking the sea and beach. The view from the terrace was super. House was clean, tidy and well equipped. A 5 minute walk down to the car park and beach was worth it. A dog friendly beach. Climbing back up took longer. Once on the beach it was a flat 10 minute walk to Alum or Branksome Chine. A 25 minute walk into Bournemouth.
Only downside was the loud music from the beach on Saturday night until midnight. Not sure if this happens every week.

We had a lovely week together as a family (10 of us from 3 generations) in this lovely house. The views are amazing and the rooms very spacious. The children loved the proximity to the fabulous sandy beach, which was never overcrowded - but the footpath to the beach is very steep. However, if needed there is road access. The house is well-equipped for catering for large numbers so you don't need to eat our all the time, but there are restaurants in walking distance. There is loads to do in the area so we all wished we had been able to stay another week. I would happily stay there again.

5-star review - Stayed with my siblings and our children. Beautiful house with gorgeous views of the sea from many of the rooms. Extremely walkable and well located. Nice dinning room and BBQ area for cooking dinner as a family. Bedrooms were laid out well and they nearly all had sea views. When I had any questions the hosts were responsive. It was tricky for us to identify which bin was recycling and which was garbage, but aside from that we had no issues. Would recommend and stay again!

A lovely spacious house in a fantastic location. The view is exceptional and the garden well maintained to enjoy it. It was only a 5 minute walk down to the beach using the footpath/steps route or 10 minutes along the road when we needed to take prams with us. Very dog friendly with the beach allowing dogs all year round and a secure garden. The house is better equipped than the advert states - toilet roll, soap, dish washing stuff etc all included as well as some basics in the cupboards. We catered ourselves as a group of 12 with no problems.

We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday. The house was excellent,clean and tidy on arrival. The position is ideal being only a short walk to the beach and a safe garden which suited our grandchildren.
The service from yourselves, Bournecoast Properties, was very efficient and helpful throughout.

Everything was of the highest standard. Amazing. Beautiful views and walks to nearby beach and wooded areas. Our best family get together by far! Suggested Improvements: Could do with a few more coasters to protect the lovely wooden tables. Just a hint. They did have some!

5-star review - Fabulous Family Break The house and grounds were beautiful. My whole immediate family came with us. Daughters, Husband and four Grandchildren (the oldest thirteen and the youngest 5 months). Also Sister and Brother in- law and not forgetting our four dogs from the four families. The house was more than enough for us all to live comfortably for the week. The beach was close enough for dog walks and the children loved it. I would highly recommend this gorgeous house for large family or large group breaks

7/10 - Perfect location! HUGE beds and wonderful garden. Suggested Improvements: The kitchen bin was very small for a large group, as well as the sink and we had a few electrical issues. Also, the showers were rather small for larger folk.

It was fantastic, we loved the beautiful property and it was extremely well equipped and clean and everything was very easy, welcoming and of an extremely high standard. We would absolutely return.
It was perfect for our needs - kids, adults and a guide dog, we wanted to bring the family together to celebrate a 70th birthday and we certainly made some fantastic memories.

5 star review - A perfect family get away with spacious rooms, wonderful private garden with the most amazing sea views. Balcony at the top of the house was superb for relaxing also. Beach was within walking distance which was also amazing and easy to get restaurants. The entire family enjoyed there stay here and we can't wait to go back

5 star review - We rented this property for a long weekend with friends and family. it was exceptionally peaceful and quiet, yet very easy access to the beach and cafes. The house was perfect for what we needed and we will definitely go back. couple of minor issues with broken items on arrival but the agents sorted that swiftly

This house is lovely and spacious and in a great location for the beach. My only criticism would be the white goods are a bit tired. I would visit again though.

5 star review - Beautiful home, with great access to the beach. Just note you do need to be active and fit to walk down the steps near the house. A short car drive takes you to a drop off point if anyone has mobility concerns. We will visit again, fabulous spot to access beach and the surrounding area.
