We thoroughly enjoyed out stay which was helped by the lovely weather. The property is nicely decorated throughout, well thought out and very comfortable.
Thank you for a lovely stay, as ever Bournecoast have been very efficient and helpful, we have used you for at least 25 years and you have always provided excellent service for guests.

5 star review - Great location and nicely updated. Walkable to local shops and beach. Basics provided. If staying longer with a family you will need to purchase more of the essential toiletries yourself. Great stay!

5 star review - Fantastic location 3 minutes walk from Southbourne High St. 10 minute walk to the beach. Apartment was clean and very spacious. Fully appointed kitchen, freestanding bath and modern rainfall shower with plenty of hot water, good WiFi and large, comfortable lounge, nice little outdoor seating area. Comfy beds and very soft linen. Couldn't recommend highly enough. Only slight downside was the need to bring essentials (toilet rolls, milk, black bin liners etc.) but this was all noted by the agent. Otherwise, the pictures don't really do it justice. Fantastic, clean and modern holiday let. Would definitely look to stay again next time we're in Bournemouth.

5 star review - Really super place. Tonnes of space and just a short walk to great restaurants, pubs the beach. Would absolutely recommend.

5 star review - We stayed here as a family of 4 over Easter for a last minute break. The house/maisonette was fantastic. It's huge and could easily accommodate a large family or larger group. It's exactly as pictured. All the beds were comfy and the rooms very clean. The loft room is very large with a large ensuite. Plenty of space to unpack in all the rooms. Kitchen very well equipped. The lounge was also massive and had very comfy sofas and easy TV set up. We could walk to the shops and restaurants of Southbourne Grove in about 5/10 minutes and about a 15 minute walk to the cliff top. The location is fantastic. Lovely peaceful road. Bournecoast responded promptly to a couple of queries we had and followed up to make sure all was well. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again, we all felt very at home and really enjoyed our stay and! Highly recommend to others!
