5-star review - This was an excellent peaceful location with parking for 3 cars. The accommodation suited our needs perfectly: a family of 4 (including a 4 year old and a 9 month old), grand parents + great aunt and a 16 year old lad. Plenty of space to eat together in the dining room. A well equipped kitchen, with a good oven space for when we did not eat out at a restaurant. The beach and quay area are stunning and the weather was glorious. Can’t wait to come again.

5-star review - A little on the more expensive side compared to others but the house itself was spotlessly clean and located on a very quiet residential road which was great. The beds were very comfortable but the blinds in the bedrooms are very thin - they could do with either blackout blinds or additional curtains being installed as we were woken v early by the sun each day. A well located property just a short walk from Mudeford Quay / Beach. Great for families as it had a large enclosed garden and small selection of toys. Good layout for group holidays (we stayed as 3 families) with enough parking for 3 vehicles on the drive.

5-star review - We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb for 3 nights as two families with kids. The house was very spacious, with 5 comfortable bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, which worked perfectly for our group. The living room and dining area were large and ideal for spending time together, and the kitchen was well-equipped with all the amenities needed to cook proper meals. The house was clean throughout, and the heating and hot water worked really well, which made our stay very comfortable. There was also enough space to park 2–3 cars, which was very convenient for us. Overall, we had a great experience and would happily recommend this property. One small suggestion would be to consider adding an EV charger in the future, which would make it even more convenient for guests with electric vehicles

We had a wonderful short break at the property. Three generations of the same family. Very spacious accommodation, particularly the bedrooms. A quiet location but a short stroll to the quay and beach and a short drive to Bournemouth.

This was my second visit to this property this time with my grandchildren the accommodation is ideally situated 10 minutes to Mudeford quay The New Forest plenty to keep grandchildren happy.As before the accommodation was very clean and has everything you could possibly want.

Great property for a family of 8. Ample parking for 4 cars with additional parking on the road outside. House was super clean with electrical equipment barely used. Kitchen was well equipped (only thing missing was a bottle opener). The garden was large with plenty of tables and chairs for outside dinning.
Very easy walk to the beach, whilst being in a very quiet road. Would thoroughly recommend.

Had a great stay at property. Weather was lovely for March so could enjoy the large garden. Good size dining area to sit around, a large dining table. Spacious bedrooms and two good size showers
and a nice bath. The property is in a peaceful and pleasant location and a short walk to Beach ,Quay or Marsh. An excellent location for visiting New Forest and Bournemouth. Enjoyed a visit to Beaulieu Motor Museum. Property was very clean and well equipped. Would Recommend.

We had a great 'long weekend' at the property. It was for a family get together before Xmas. The property was perfect. We loved the spacious bedrooms and large dining and lounge area. A quiet location but just a short stroll to the sea. Very clean and well equipped. Took a long time to warm the house the first night but presume property had been empty for a while. Would look to book again in the future. Pleasure, as always to deal with Bournecoast. Had been sent the wrong access code but a quick phone call to the office sorted that. Stayed on the phone to check we got in OK. We've also rented a property in Southbourne through yourselves a few times and always been pleased with the service received.
