Great property for a family of 8. Ample parking for 4 cars with additional parking on the road outside. House was super clean with electrical equipment barely used. Kitchen was well equipped (only thing missing was a bottle opener). The garden was large with plenty of tables and chairs for outside dinning.
Very easy walk to the beach, whilst being in a very quiet road. Would thoroughly recommend.

We loved the property. It was perfect for our stay, great location, nice that there were games for the children etc.

Had a great stay at property. Weather was lovely for March so could enjoy the large garden. Good size dining area to sit around, a large dining table. Spacious bedrooms and two good size showers
and a nice bath. The property is in a peaceful and pleasant location and a short walk to Beach ,Quay or Marsh. An excellent location for visiting New Forest and Bournemouth. Enjoyed a visit to Beaulieu Motor Museum. Property was very clean and well equipped. Would Recommend.

We had a great 'long weekend' at the property. It was for a family get together before Xmas. The property was perfect. We loved the spacious bedrooms and large dining and lounge area. A quiet location but just a short stroll to the sea. Very clean and well equipped. Took a long time to warm the house the first night but presume property had been empty for a while. Would look to book again in the future. Pleasure, as always to deal with Bournecoast. Had been sent the wrong access code but a quick phone call to the office sorted that. Stayed on the phone to check we got in OK. We've also rented a property in Southbourne through yourselves a few times and always been pleased with the service received.
