BEDROOMS - Double Bedroom - Twin Bedroom - Twin Bedroom. The spacious lounge/diner has a bed settee to sleep 1 or 2 and FLATSCREEN TV - DVD - FREEVIEW BOX - FREE WIFI for holiday lets (subject to availability from Internet Service Provider) - there is also a patio door leading onto patio area and a very large rear garden. The modern, fitted kitchen includes a GAS HOB - ELECTRIC OVEN - MICROWAVE - WASHING MACHINE - DISHWASHER - FRIDGE/FREEZER. The accommodation has a modern bathroom with bath and shower facility. There is also a separate toilet. The large, secure rear garden is mainly lawn and there is a front lawn with flower beds. The property has ample parking in the driveway for at least three cars. ADDITIONAL NOTES - The owner also provides a hairdryer, chairs for the beach and garden and windbreakers. Linen & towels included for holiday lets are provided by Resort 2 Us. EPC GRADE - C. Saturday to Saturday bookings are only accepted from 30/03/25 onwards.

There are local shops nearby and the property is within easy reach of either Christchurch or Highcliffe High Streets for the many restaurants, shops, cafes, tourist attractions and family entertainment. Set comfortably between Bournemouth and the New Forest, the popular town of Christchurch is home to Dorset’s finest. Whilst offering an array of unique and quaint attractions including a busy high street, Christchurch too offers a front row seat to some of the finest beaches that Dorset is renowned for. Set in an extremely popular holiday spot, the Avon Beach and Friars Cliff Beach are nearby, which makes the perfect family trip out for you and your children. 10/10 - We have had a fantastic stay, the beach was so close. Good walking area. The bungalow was very spacious and very clean. There was a welcome packet of mixed biscuits. Our family were going to join us but couldn’t . Maybe another time. The garden was big and well kept.
