The modern, fitted kitchen includes a GAS HOB - ELECTRIC OVEN - MICROWAVE - WASHING MACHINE - DISHWASHER - FRIDGE/FREEZER. The accommodation has a modern bathroom with bath and shower facility. There is also a separate toilet. The large, secure rear garden is mainly lawn and there is a front lawn with flower beds. The property has ample parking in the driveway for at least three cars. ADDITIONAL NOTES - The owner also provides a hairdryer, chairs for the beach and garden and windbreakers. Linen & towels included for holiday lets are provided by Resort 2 Us. EPC GRADE - D. Saturday to Saturday bookings are only accepted from 30/03/25 onwards.

There are local shops nearby and the property is within easy reach of either Christchurch or Highcliffe High Streets for the many restaurants, shops, cafes, tourist attractions and family entertainment. Set comfortably between Bournemouth and the New Forest, the popular town of Christchurch is home to Dorset’s finest. Whilst offering an array of unique and quaint attractions including a busy high street, Christchurch too offers a front row seat to some of the finest beaches that Dorset is renowned for. Set in an extremely popular holiday spot, the Avon Beach and Friars Cliff Beach are nearby, which makes the perfect family trip out for you and your children. For those who like to live an active lifestyle and fancy taking the plunge into Dorset’s waters, then head to Highcliffe Beach where you can try out some of the most famous types of water sports on the coast. In addition to its attractive shoreline and extremely safe beaches, Christchurch offers a wide range of entertainment. A short car drive will also take you to Bournemouth town centre or the vast New Forest.

5/5 - Bungalow behind Avon Beach - We very much enjoyed our stay at the bungalow. We were there for a week. It was spacious and clean and had a well equipped kitchen. There were extra outdoor chairs and beach screens etc in the shed. There is a small Co-op store very close by. Sainsbury's is about a mile away. The beach is a short walk away and we visited every day. Avon beach is clean, sandy and sheltered. There are some good, non-tacky, outlets by the beach. We could have done with a mop to clean the kitchen floor.

We wanted to say a big thank you to you for all of you support and help before, during and after our holiday! We always felt very well looked after and could get in touch with you very easily. All requests were fulfilled in very short time and you always found solutions to problems we had. All in all a 10 out of 10 mark for everything. To the house owner: We felt very much at home in your lovely house with the big garden at the back. We could relax easily and especially enjoyed the garden shed with all of the extra chairs and equipment and the lovely detailed Tipps on what to do! It has been such a warm welcome having the flowers there, a card and a bottle of sparkling wine and one noticed that the house and its surroundings are looked after very lovingly. The location was a bonus with the sea around the corner and the bus stop and we loved every minute of our holiday - thank you for providing us with this lovely home and for your keeping us updated on the internet connection etc.

A fantastic bungalow and deceptively spacious. We had six adults, a baby in cot and two toddlers on inflatable beds. Immaculately clean and well cared for, we knew the decor was less trendy but it had no impact on our enjoyment. Huge garden that the children loved as long enough to have races and even ride their bikes around, big shed to store everything and lots of wind breaks, chairs etc for the beach. Beds super comfy and plenty of storage. Location perfect right by the beach and an easy stroll even for the little ones, great cafe/restaurant The Noisy Lobster. Easy walk to Mudeford Quay and the little ferry over to Hengistbury Head. All in all a very enjoyable stay, owner very friendly but not intrusive. Definitely recommend.
