BEDROOMS - The Master Bedroom has a Super King Bed. The second and third bedrooms are Twin Bedrooms (the single beds can be zipped together into a Super King Bed - please note beds are set up and linen is provided as single beds). The fourth bedroom is a Double Bedroom on the first floor. The fifth bedroom is a Double Bedroom on the ground floor. The stylish lounge is equipped with a unique, wall mounted FLATSCREEN SMART PICTURE TV - VIRGIN MEDIA - NETFLIX - AMAZON PRIME VIDEO - DVD - FREE WIFI is available (subject to availability from Internet Service Provider). There is a modern kitchen which has a GAS HOB - ELECTRIC OVEN - DISHWASHER - FRIDGE - FREEZER - MICROWAVE. You will find the convenience of a WASHING MACHINE and TUMBLE DRYER in a cupboard in the hallway. The dining room is off the kitchen with a wall mounted FLATSCREEN TV and has a rustic theme throughout. On the first floor is a fully tiled, main bathroom with a bath tub, separate shower cubicle and a toilet. Also on the first floor is a modern shower room with a double shower cubicle and twin basins (no toilet). There is a separate toilet on the first floor. On the ground floor next to the ground floor bedroom is a shower cubicle and a separate toilet. This house has a stunning garden with the added benefit of a PIZZA OVEN and BBQ. The garden has a patio area with a corner sofa to enjoy alfresco dining and a garden area with artificial grass. There is parking in the drive for three cars and road parking (please note the spaces on the road are not reserved or guaranteed). LOCAL AREA

A short walk from the property is Boscombe Chine Gardens with crazy golf, a basketball court and cafe. The gardens lead down to the sandy beaches at Boscombe Spa. Boscombe Spa offers a new and vibrant beachfront culture that cannot be matched along the 7.5 miles of award winning sandy beaches. You will find activities from surfing, kite-surfing, windsurfing, wake-boarding, kayaking, SCUBA-diving, to sailing and skim-boarding and even eco-friendly mini golf at the end of Boscombe Pier, with golf balls that feed the fish! The Neptune is a family friendly 'Gastro Pub' situated just yards from Boscombe pier, and the 'Urban Reef' cafe/restaurant is also situated on the seafront, the perfect end to a day. Just a short walk from the house is the shopping area of Boscombe High Street. The pedestrian style high street provides a safe shopping area for all of the family to enjoy. Thursdays and Saturdays are market day in Boscombe, attracting a range of stalls from market farmers through to home wares and gifts. Restaurants include everything from Brazilian, South African, Vegetarian and Spanish through to Chinese, Asian and traditional English fayre. Boscombe Spa is also home to the Opera House, one of the largest live entertainment venues on the south coast. Bournemouth is famous for its Chines and Boscombe has its very own, known as Boscombe Chine, which is a verdant delight of woodland walks. The seasonal land train also runs along the Promenade underneath the cliffs to Bournemouth and beyond - you may stroll all the way if you wish. A short drive away is Bournemouth town centre which has an exciting array of entertainment, high street shopping and dining choices. For those looking for just a little bit more the New Forest, Studland and Corfe Castle also lie within driving distance for a day trip.

Lovely house

What a wonderful property! We stayed here as a group of 9, including a 2 year old. It felt like being in a cosy, homely version of an independent boutique hotel. Importantly, key comforts like heating, hot water, wonderful showers, comfy beds, wifi and modern TVs were a dream!! I would absolutely recommend this property on these things alone. In addition, however, the decor was absolutely gorgeous and made it feel like we were somewhere special. Extra comforts like the washing machine and dryer really made a difference for us. The very lovely owner popped round during our stay to deliver hairdryers in case we needed them and when I mentioned there were a few small things missing on our arrival like condiments, soap, hangers I couldn't believe when she returned to the property with all of them - i wasn't expecting it at all and I was truly impressed with her desire to make our stay wonderful - thank you! The kitchen is a tiny bit tight but you know what they say about too many chefs in the kitchen...and we managed absolutely fine. The fridge and freezer are full length, plus plenty of other storage space for a big shop. There is also an orange juicer! The garden is beautiful. We didn't use the BBQ but did use the pizza oven - I was very grateful that the owner had thought of everything to enable a guest to use this without having to pop to the shops - there was tinder, wood, and self lighting blocks and the pizzas came out lovely - really made for a memorable activity from the comfort of the house. The property is minutes walk away from beautiful gardens where there is a basketball court, a cafe, crazy golf, and a wonderful tree lined walk straight down to the beach front. It's also just a few minutes walk away from the high street - we'd really recommend Pizzeria Via Roma; an authentic family run Italian restaurant and Babooji; a recently opened modern Indian restaurant. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this!
