BEDROOMS - There is a Double Bedroom with a King Size Bed and a memory foam mattress topper (with a FLATSCREEN TV with FREEVIEW) - the bedroom has patio doors leading to the patio area. The lounge/diner has a bed settee to sleep 1 and a FLATSCREEN TV with FREEVIEW - FREE WIFI for holiday lets is available (subject to availability from Internet Service Provider). The accommodation has a separate, modern kitchen including an ELECTRIC OVEN - ELECTRIC HOB - FRIDGE/FREEZER - WASHING MACHINE - MICROWAVE - SLIMLINE DISHWASHER. There is also a separate modern, fully tiled shower room and toilet. The apartment has an enclosed outside patio area with table and chairs. There is road parking available outside the property (please note that this is not guaranteed or reserved). ADDITIONAL NOTES - Linen & towels included for holiday lets are provided by Resort 2 Us. The main house (adjoined to this annex) has a video doorbell which records the front drive area. EPC GRADE - E. Please note that this property only accepts one child over the age of 5 years old.

LOCAL AREA
At the end of the road you will find miles of safe, sandy beaches at Fisherman's Walk with its Victorian cliff lift lowering to the glistening waters below, an ideal beach location for those coastal lovers. There is a children's playground, crazy golf and the popular Café Riva serving food and beverages located on the cliff top and only a short walk from the property. This holiday apartments is also walking distance to Southbourne High Street for local shops including banks, post office, bespoke boutiques, bars and restaurants. Wick Village is a short drive away with Riverside walks and boating activities, a public slipway and 3-par golf course and driving range. There you will find Tuckton Tea Gardens and ferries that will take you to Christchurch Quay. Just nearby is also Hengistbury Head Nature Reserve where you can take the land train for easy access to Mudeford Sand spit. Christchurch town centre is just a short drive offering historic attractions, restaurants, a theatre and many other facilities. Bournemouth and Boscombe centres are also within easy reach by car for those visitors wishing to be involved in the more hustle and bustle of a traditional seaside town.

The comfortable bed is just great, in addition to that we liked the private small courtyard with the palm tree and also the very tasteful and high quality interior with everything you need on holiday. The location for the beach and shopping is perfect. Everything within walking distance. Above all, we enjoyed the super friendly service from the Bournemouth Agency and the warmth of our hosts Veronica and Steve. If something does not work, they will help immediately. Thanks again for that. We will gladly come again.

9/10 - very relaxing; ideal quiet location, easy to park in the road outside this time of the year, June. The location was really superb - just a short walk from the beach down the zigzag path to the promenade. It was also close to the Beach Breezer bus stop and we were able to use the bus all week - didn't use the car until the last day. The apartment was very comfortable - ideal for 2 people. Lots of wardrobe and cupboard space - plenty of storage space in the kitchen too. We would definitely like to come here again. The welcome pack of tea, hot chocolate sachets, biscuits and of course, the sparkling wine was lovely.

5 star review - The place is very peaceful and quiete. The bedroom is quite spacious, clean, comfy bed and lots of storage. Kitchen is well equipped and they even provide washing machine and dishwasher. But we're surprised with the "proseco". Me and my husband was delighted and feeling like we're on our honeymoon . very thoughtful of the host. The place is just less than 10mins walk to the beach. Beautiful beach and not crowded. I will highly recommend this place and would love to come back again.
