The accommodation has a separate, modern kitchen including an ELECTRIC OVEN - ELECTRIC HOB - FRIDGE/FREEZER - WASHING MACHINE - MICROWAVE - SLIMLINE DISHWASHER. There is also a separate modern, fully tiled shower room and toilet. The apartment has an enclosed outside patio area with table and chairs. LOCAL AREA
At the end of the road you will find miles of safe, sandy beaches at Fisherman's Walk with its Victorian cliff lift lowering to the glistening waters below, an ideal beach location for those coastal lovers. There is a children's playground, crazy golf and the popular Café Riva serving food and beverages located on the cliff top and only a short walk from the property. This holiday apartments is also walking distance to Southbourne High Street for local shops including banks, post office, bespoke boutiques, bars and restaurants. Wick Village is a short drive away with Riverside walks and boating activities, a public slipway and 3-par golf course and driving range. There you will find Tuckton Tea Gardens and ferries that will take you to Christchurch Quay. Just nearby is also Hengistbury Head Nature Reserve where you can take the land train for easy access to Mudeford Sand spit. Christchurch town centre is just a short drive offering historic attractions, restaurants, a theatre and many other facilities. Bournemouth and Boscombe centres are also within easy reach by car for those visitors wishing to be involved in the more hustle and bustle of a traditional seaside town.

The location of the apartment was ideal - a short walk to the cliffs at Southbourne and the Fisherman's Walk Zig Zag down to the beach. It was also only a 5 minute walk to the shops, cafes and restaurants at Southbourne Grove. There are some good independent shops, bakeries and cafes and a variety of restaurants - plenty of choice.

10/10 - everything was just wonderful, the house was very clean, comfortable. Very close to the beach and the city center where you can have a delicious meal.

5/5 - Wonderful visit. The Annex was perfect for our purposes. Easy walk to family, Southbourne and the clifftop. Bed was comfy, decor beautiful, patio delightful. Only negative was that the internet would not stretch on my phone to the bedroom. My partner had less trouble. Would love to know if there is a special price for an extended stay next year. A month or more. Thank you.

10/10 - Great location, spaceous and exelently equiped appartment. All necessary items are available. Nice welcome gift. Feels like you are at home by yourself. Be awere of rules before leaving, there is list what should be done. Totally recomend this appartment.
