BEDROOMS - The partitioned bedroom area has a King Size Double Bed (partitioned from dining area with curtain). The large open plan lounge/diner has SEA VIEWS and a FLATSCREEN TV - DVD - SKY INCLUDING SKY SPORTS AND SKY CINEMA - FREE WIFI for holiday lets (subject to availability from Internet Service Provider). There is a separate kitchen with a breakfast bar and an ELECTRIC COOKER - WASHING MACHINE - DISHWASHER - FRIDGE/FREEZER - NESPRESSO COFFEE MACHINE - MICROWAVE. The property has a separate shower room with a toilet. This accommodation has a HAIRDRYER for guests to use. The apartment has access to a lovely patio for Al Fresco dining with herb garden and patio furniture. This accommodation comes with off road parking in the drive for one car only, which is in front of the ground floor bay window (any other vehicles must park either in the cliff top car park or on the local side roads). There is also secure bicycle storage provided. ADDITIONAL NOTES - Linen & towels included for holiday lets are provided by the owner. Children are not accepted at this accommodation. There are external security cameras. EPC GRADE - D. £200 damage deposit required for holiday lets. Saturday changeovers only (owner may consider min of 5 nights by request from Sat or Sun only).

LOCAL AREA
This area has blue flag sandy beaches and a wide range of leisure activities. A short walk along the clifftop will lead you to the Funicular Victorian cliff lift which can take you down to the sandy shores below. Café Riva is a cliff top café serving food and beverages. The main area of Southbourne-On-Sea is Southbourne Grove, a long shopping street that has some unique and individual shops. Shops include a butcher, a bakery, numerous cafés, hairdressers, convenience stores, home wares, gift shops and the post office. Wick Village is a short drive away with Riverside walks and boating activities, a public slipway and 3-par golf course and driving range. There you will find Tuckton Tea Gardens and ferries that will take you to Christchurch Quay. Just nearby is also Hengistbury Head Nature Reserve where you can take the land train for gentle and easy access to Mudeford Sand spit. Bournemouth and Boscombe centres are a short drive for those visitors wishing to be involved in the more hustle and bustle of a traditional seaside town. This is a fantastic holiday apartment in a superb location, an opportunity not to be missed!

we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the annex. shame weather was not better but the accommodation was second to none. The owner has provided everything you could think of to enjoy holiday - summer or winter. In fact it is the best accommodation we have ever stayed in for self catering. It was very clean upon arrival and comfortable and warm at all times. I have personally emailed the owner back anyway with our comments. Thank you also to Bournecoast who have handled the booking and been very helpful and efficient with all matters and communications. We will book again through yourselves and hopefully be back summer and possibly Xmas again. The owner even provided a Xmas tree and treats which was very kind. Thanks again to the team
