The kitchen area is contained in the same room as the lounge/diner and includes a breakfast bar - ELECTRIC HOB - ELECTRIC OVEN - SLIMLINE DISHWASHER - MICROWAVE. You will find the convenience of a WASHER/DRYER and FRIDGE/FREEZER in a separate storage area. The accommodation has a modern bathroom with bath, shower facility and toilet. A door from the bedroom takes you to a small patio area which is a perfect place to sit to start or end your day. There is road parking opposite the apartment (with limited spaces) and an NCP car park available opposite (please note these are not guaranteed or reserved spaces). If you are a keen surfer there is a surf board store available. Linen & towels included for holiday lets are provided by the owner. EPC GRADE - C. £100 Refundable Damage Deposit for Holiday Lets. Although the town centre is large with busier parts, the opportunity to escape is never too far for those couples wanting a more relaxed holiday. Whilst en route to Bournemouth’s seafront, you can wonder through the beautiful gardens, a small snippet of what this beautiful part of the coast has to offer. With no shortage of local amenities such as a large array of eateries both chain and independent, Bournemouth is a stunning location for those who want to be close to the seafront, which offers miles of high-quality sandy, clean beaches. If you fancy going beyond the sea front, perhaps you may want to take part in some of the activities that Bournemouth has to offer such as cycle rides and self-guided heritage walks. Bournemouth is a great family holiday too. With countless attractions and the promise of an endless list of activities to partake in, Bournemouth town centre has things to suit every party. Perhaps you may want to hop aboard the brightly coloured land train for a trip along the seafront where you are able to take in the sights of the Bournemouth seaside and enjoy views out to the Isle of Wight. 5 star review - We loved our stay and the extra touches were especially appreciated! Great accommodation, so cosy and clean. The only thing to note is the difficultly parking. We had to drive around quite a bit to find a space.

5 star review - Was a very nice apartment to stay in when visiting Bournemouth and being close to the centre. Easy to find. Walking distance to most things. Easy to get in touch with the landlord when you need something or help. Tidy and clean. Recommended.

5/5 - Great apartment and fantastic host. Nice little apartment. Very well equipped - everything you need and excellent quality. Great location, close to town centre and not far from beach. Host is excellent and provided the best welcome park I’ve ever had, including fresh flowers and fizz. If driving, you will have to pay to park, about £11 per 24 hours at NCP.
