OVERALL: 9/10 (Staff: 10 / Cleanliness: 10 / Location: 10 / Facilities: 10 / Comfort: 10 / Value for money: 10 / Bed Comfort: 10) - Wonderful holiday base. Everything All we needed close to so many beautiful beaches (gorgeous weather too!) And shops accessible on foot for those bits everyone forgets. Suggested Improvements: The only thing was that there's no gate for the garden, so it's not fully enclosed. Luckily I had brought screw-in stake and washing line type lead to use at the beach, and a spare just in case the garden wasn't enclosed! We made it work, but it could cause an issue with dogs running around loose, next to the next-door neighbours front door and near the road.

5* - The flat was nice and clean, the area was very quiet and only 20min walk from Southbourne Beach. Had access to the garden for the kids to play in and kitchen was sufficiently stocked with pots, pans, dishware and all the comforts of a home. The shower did cut out on the 3rd day but still had the bath working.

4* The flat was in a great place ideally situated for Bournemouth/ Boscombe/Poole and Christchurch. A few minutes walk to some pubs for lunch or dinner. The flat was generally clean, however the fridge had bits of food stuck on the shelves. The toilet had been cleaned but the seat was really stained. The headboard for one of the single beds was broken. The oven doesn’t work properly. The bedding and towels were spotless. Plenty of cutlery, crockery etc but no tea towel. The people at Bournecoast property agents were quick to reply to my message
