LOCAL AREA

Southbourne is a picturesque coastal area located to the east of Bournemouth and is conveniently close to the historic town of Christchurch. This area boasts stunning blue flag sandy beaches and a plethora of leisure activities. By taking a short walk along the clifftop, you will reach the Funicular Victorian cliff lift which will take you down to the sandy shores below. Cafe Riva, a cliff top cafe, serves a variety of food and beverages. Wick Village is a short drive away, and offers riverside walks, boating activities, a public slipway, and a 3-par golf course with a driving range. There, visitors can also find Tuckton Tea Gardens and ferries that take them to Christchurch Quay. 5 star review - Well appointed , well situated apartment ; with everything that you need, and nothing that you do not. I choose self catering as I am on a restricted diet , so kitchen facilities are important to me. My only negative comment was the television seemed a little temperamental ; I found the best way to get it to work was switching it on, then off ,then on again!

5* Accommodation close to the sea and located. A great advantage is having a private parking space. Enough for 3 people no more. Towels and sheets are provided. The agency has everything planned for you to cook at "home". Small downside that was faulty, also little mobile network (Belgian). Welcome to the agency staff: perfect, friendly and helpful.

5* Good location halfway between Southbourne Grove and the beachfront to be able to walk to both and also great to have an off road parking space. Totally suited me as a single person for a week stay, had all the basics in the kitchen you needed, clean modern bathroom with good shower and comfortable bed. Communication with Bourne Coast was great and collecting keys easy, literally just 5 min walk from the flat. Only downside for me was the noise from neighbours or maybe fellow holiday lets in all the surrounding gardens, as it was summer people were out til late into the evening and I had to have the windows open as it was so hot! Other than that I enjoyed my stay at this little place. Thanks
