BEDROOMS - Bedroom 1 has a Super King Size Bed, FLATSCREEN TV, bath tub in the bedroom and an ensuite shower room with toilet. Bedroom 2 has a King Size Bed, a Child Bed, FLATSCREEN TV and an ensuite shower room with toilet. There are King Size Beds and FLATSCREEN TVs in Bedrooms 3, 4 (with a four poster bed) and 5 and all have ensuite shower rooms with toilets. Bedroom 6 has a King Size Bed and FLATSCREEN TV. Bedrooms 7 and 8 are both Twin Bedrooms with FLATSCREEN TVs and ensuite shower rooms with toilets. Bedroom 9 is on the second floor with steep stairs with two King Size Beds (one is a Day Bed) and an ensuite bathroom with a toilet.

The very spacious lounge/diner is beautifully furnished and has a PROJECTOR TV - FREE WIFI (subject to availability from the Internet Service Provider) - and doors which lead to the extensive front garden. The separate Cinema Room also has a PROJECTOR TV where you can enjoy watching a movie.

The spacious, open plan kitchen/diner has an INDUCTION HOB - TWO ELECTRIC OVENS - TWO MICROWAVE OVENS - THREE DISHWASHERS - FRIDGE - FREEZER - TWO DRINKS FRIDGES - COFFEE MACHINE - INSTANT HOT WATER TAP - and a breakfast island to seat 10 people. From this dining area is a lounge area with a 90" FLATSCREEN TV. Also on the ground floor is a TABLE TENNIS/POOL TABLE area. There is a utility room with THREE WASHING MACHINES and a shower cubicle and toilet.

The main first floor bathroom has a bath, shower cubicle and a toilet. On the ground floor is a separate toilet.

The bi-fold doors in the kitchen lead to the rear garden which has a 35x12 FT HEATED SWIMMING POOL (with steps) - 14x7 FT HEATED SWIM SPA with seating and jets - SHOWER and a GAS BBQ with outdoor kitchen area. The front garden has a decked area (with outdoor furniture) off the main lounge and large lawn for children to enjoy.

There is parking for 10 cars in the drive & a car port area. There are external security cameras.

Linen and towels are provided. EPC GRADE - C. NOTES - Strictly no stag/hen parties or similar gatherings. THE POOL/SWIM SPA IS ONLY IN USE 26/4/25 to 30/9/25.

5 star review - Beautiful house with all the facilities you would need to spend a weekend away. We booked the property for a fitness retreat which was perfect for its intended use. My only feedback would be the kitchen utensils. There were plenty of plates, mugs, glasses and cutlery but I am glad we took it own cooking utensils, sharp knives and baking trays. Would absolutely love to stay here again next year!!!

5 star review - Perfect place to stay for a long weekend. Rooms are spacious and great outdoor space. En-suite bathrooms are quite small. Beautiful outdoor area including the pool. Great location to the town centre and the beach.

5 star review - We had a great time at Dean Park Manor. We have a big family, very diverse in age, and everyone enjoyed themselves. Found the kitchen a little difficult to navigate. Rooms very comfortable. Loved the pool and the outdoor areas. All very secluded and private but not remote. Owner was very helpful
