BEDROOMS - The Master Bedroom in this apartment is a Double Bedroom with a King Size Bed and an ensuite shower and toilet. There is also a Twin Bedroom (the two single beds can be zipped together into 6ft Super King Bed but is made up as a twin as standard). The lounge/diner, which is open plan with a sofa bed to sleep one or two, offers plenty of space and has a FLATSCREEN SMART TV - FREE WIFI for holiday lets (subject to availability from Internet Service Provider). Off the lounge are sliding patio doors which lead onto an open patio area with table and chairs and which benefits from sea glimpses. This is a perfect setting for alfresco dining and watching the world go by. The high specification kitchen area is equipped with an INDUCTION HOB - ELECTRIC OVEN - FRIDGE/FREEZER - DISHWASHER - WASHER/DRYER - MICROWAVE. The apartment has a modern bathroom which has a bath, shower facility and a toilet. There is off road parking in the car park for one car. LOCAL AREA

Hengistbury Head is a short walk from the property and is a natural scenic area of Headland between Bournemouth and Christchurch. It is an area of outstanding beauty with far reaching views of Christchurch Harbour, Mudeford, the Isle of Wight, Poole Bay and Bournemouth. A scenic land train (known as the Noddy train) makes regular journeys from the cafe to the end of the spit, a journey of ten or so minutes. The Hengistbury Head visitor centre offers a variety of activities for all ages and abilities. Wick Village is walking distance away for riverside walks and boating activities, a public slipway and 3-par golf course and driving range. In Wick Village is Tuckton Tea Gardens, a crazy golf course, river boat hire and ferries which will take you to Christchurch Quay. If you catch the ferry to Christchurch Quay you will find access through to more riverside walks and the park, cafe, Boathouse Restaurant, bandstand, children's play area and an exciting water play park and paddling pool which has many interactive features including water jets and sprays, a water play pump and wheel, channels and sluices as well as a paddling pool. On the Quay you can also take the opportunity to take the Vintage Ferry which runs regularly to Wick, Mudeford Sandbank and Hengistbury Head during the summer months (weather permitting). A short walk away on the Broadway you will find a local convenience store, fish and chip shop and a post office store. A very short drive will take you to Southbourne Grove where you can find Tesco Express, Sainsbury Local, other local shops, cafes, bars and a range of restaurants. Bournemouth centre and Boscombe are also only a short drive for those visitors wishing to be involved in the more hustle and bustle of a traditional seaside town with beaches, high street stores, tourist attractions and many bars and restaurants.

10/10 - Nice property. Suggested Improvements: Could do with a couple more pictures on wall and a plant to make more homely, but nice room. Could not open any bedroom window or turn down temperature we were very hot in the bedroom but would reccomend as nice property in good location. Found all the keys and codes a bit daunting.

5-star review - We loved our recent stay at the property. It was larger than we expected and perfectly spacious for the five of us. The bedrooms were large and roomy with was plenty of space for storage. The property was well stocked and everything needed for our stay was provided. It was tastefully decorated and in a great location with a two minute walk to the nearby SOBO beach and a 3 minute drive to the nearby high street. We greatly enjoyed our stay and would love to return!

5-star review- I would recommend this place to everyone. Perfect location to walk to the beach - so quiet and peaceful too. The property was very very clean, everything was spotless and bed/pillows extremely comfy. Even had fans in the rooms if needed The property felt very safe and behind gates too. Added bonus was the cookies- very kind I can’t wait to return again Thank you very much

Me and my family would like to thank you so much for giving us the opportunity to stay in your wonderful apartment. It was so worn and welcoming, we didn't want to leave. Felt like home from home. Lounge area was so relaxing, beds were comfy, having two bathrooms was brilliant and kitchen had everything we needed. Location was fantastic and we would 100% come back and stay.
