Leading off the lounge you will find the kitchen area which includes an ELECTRIC HOB - ELECTRIC OVEN - SLIMLINE DISHWASHER - FRIDGE/FREEZER - MICROWAVE. The apartment has a modern bathroom with a bath, shower facility and a toilet. There is a WASHER/DRYER located in a cupboard in the bathroom. At the front of the apartment is a very spacious enclosed patio area where you have the opportunity to relax outside using the table and chairs provided. This apartment is offered with one allocated off road parking space. Please note there are two steps with a handrail as you enter the property down to the hallway. Boscombe is situated between Bournemouth and Christchurch and offers everything, at an affordable price, whilst being an integral part of Bournemouth. Just a short walk from the apartment is the Overstrand beachfront shops and cafes and Boscombe pier. Boscombe Chine is a verdant delight of woodland walks where you may watch out for squirrels with a round of crazy golf thrown in for good measure. Boscombe Pier is an enroute stop for the summertime open top buses running between Hengistbury Head, Bournemouth and Alum Chine, so let the breeze run through your hair! The seasonal land train also runs along the Promenade underneath the cliffs to Bournemouth and beyond - you may stroll all the way if you wish. Boscombe has a variety of amenities to suit most purposes and Boscombe spa village offers the ultimate adventure park for all ages. From kite-surfing, windsurfing, wake-boarding, kayaking, SCUBA-diving, to sailing and skim-boarding and situated in an idyllic setting across the beautiful sandy beaches of Dorset, this location allows all parties to be entertained. The Neptune is a family friendly Gastro Pub situated just yards from Boscombe pier, as is the Urban Reef cafe and restaurant situated on the seafront, the perfect end to a family day. Whilst en route to the seafront in Bournemouth, you can wonder through the beautiful gardens, a small snippet of what this beautiful part of the coast has to offer. 5 Star Review - Great property and location. We had an excellent stay at Princes Court for our long stay and would be happy to book here again having had a great experience in terms of property and location. The flat is within a block of flats yet adequately peaceful despite this and with it’s own private entrance, is very much self contained. Inside it is modern and spacious, fitted with a very good standard of kitchen/white goods and furnished with good quality furniture and beds etc throughout. Both bathrooms provide showers, with the main bathroom containing a bath and conveniently, also houses the washing machine away from sleeping rooms. Large courtyard/private patio garden is a definite win with good quality outdoor garden furniture and some shelter too.

Very comfortable beds and clean and tidy place. Everything seemed fresh. The place was a bit smaller than expected especially the twin room. It was convenient to have the extra shower room. I would suggest some handles in the bathroom to hold on to as well at the steps going in and out for safety. The outdoor place was a bonus and the trees were lovely and very picturesque. Good location for nearby beaches and supermarket nearby was very convenient.

We stayed in this gorgeous flat over the Bank Holiday weekend, a total of 4 nights and had a super time. The flat was in tip top condition and very nicely decorated. It was very well equipped with everything you would need for a holiday rental. Always love a dishwasher and washing machine. Super comfy beds and 2 nice bathrooms. The outdoor area was so lovely and we happily spent mealtimes there. Our son loved the under cover chairs for his reading nook. Location wise it was within walking distance of Boscombe Beach and lots of other amenities. Beach bar and restaurant were lovely as was the Pier. We had a very nice breakfast in the Flamingo Restaurant too which was close to the flat. Took a day trip to Bournemouth and the Titanic Museum in Southampton. Crazy golf and Ferris wheel at Bournemouth were a hit with our son. The flat came with it's own parking space too which was very handy. Highly recommend this superb 5* flat

5/5 - what an awsome place to stay. Really great appartment - great location - close to the beaches and also the city center of Boscombe - beautiful inside and outside - great and huge terrace - everything in the apartment that you will need - great and fast communication with the agency - we as a family really enjoyed our stay - one thing to keep in mind - it´s a ground floor apartment and there´s another appartment above so if there´s young kids there as were during our stay you will need to expect a lot of stepping noise from them as the house is a beautifully renovated old house with high ceilings but wooden floors and low noise insultation there.

The apartment was neat and clean. The location is absolutely fantastic, right in the center of Boscombe, close to the beach and shops. Both within walking distance. The two bathrooms came in very handy with our two daughters. A big plus is the large garden, especially at this location in the middle of the center. Great to enjoy the sun with a drink at the end of the day. The only drawback is that the upstairs neighbors are very loud in the evening.
