BEDROOMS - The Master Bedroom has a King Size bed and an ensuite shower room and toilet. The Second Bedroom is a Twin bedroom. This property also includes a HAIRDRYER. There is a modern open plan lounge/diner with a FLATSCREEN SMART TV - FREEVIEW - FREE WIFI for holiday lets (subject to availability from Internet Service Provider). Leading off the lounge you will find the kitchen area which includes an ELECTRIC HOB - ELECTRIC OVEN - SLIMLINE DISHWASHER - FRIDGE/FREEZER - MICROWAVE. The apartment has a modern bathroom with a bath, shower facility and a toilet. There is a WASHER/DRYER located in a cupboard in the bathroom. At the front of the apartment is a very spacious enclosed patio area where you have the opportunity to relax outside using the table and chairs provided. This apartment is offered with one allocated off road parking space. ADDITIONAL NOTES - Please note there are two steps with a handrail as you enter the property down to the hallway. Linen & towels included for holiday lets are provided by Resort 2 Us. EPC GRADE - D. Saturday to Saturday bookings only are accepted in Summer, Easter and Christmas school holidays.

LOCAL AREA

Boscombe is situated between Bournemouth and Christchurch and offers everything, at an affordable price, whilst being an integral part of Bournemouth. Just a short walk from the apartment is the Overstrand beachfront shops and cafes and Boscombe pier. Boscombe Chine is a verdant delight of woodland walks where you may watch out for squirrels with a round of crazy golf thrown in for good measure. Boscombe Pier is an enroute stop for the summertime open top buses running between Hengistbury Head, Bournemouth and Alum Chine, so let the breeze run through your hair! The seasonal land train also runs along the Promenade underneath the cliffs to Bournemouth and beyond - you may stroll all the way if you wish. Boscombe has a variety of amenities to suit most purposes and Boscombe spa village offers the ultimate adventure park for all ages. From kite-surfing, windsurfing, wake-boarding, kayaking, SCUBA-diving, to sailing and skim-boarding and situated in an idyllic setting across the beautiful sandy beaches of Dorset, this location allows all parties to be entertained. The Neptune is a family friendly Gastro Pub situated just yards from Boscombe pier, as is the Urban Reef cafe and restaurant situated on the seafront, the perfect end to a family day. Boscombe High Street is a popular high street full of eccentric independent shops. If you want to venture to Bournemouth Town Centre although large with busier parts, the opportunity to escape is never too far away. Bournemouth has a large array of eateries both chain and independent and a wide selection of high street stores. Whilst en route to the seafront in Bournemouth, you can wonder through the beautiful gardens, a small snippet of what this beautiful part of the coast has to offer. If you fancy walking beyond the sea front, perhaps you may want to take part in some of the activities that Bournemouth has to offer such as cycle rides and self-guided heritage walks.

UPDATE FROM OWNER: We're happy to share an update from the owner that the residents of the flat above are moving out and the owner of that apartment is planning to fit thick carpeting throughout the flat to help reduce any noise, offering a more peaceful experience for future guests.

OVERALL: 8/10 (Staff: 10 / Cleanliness: 10 / Location: 7.5 / Facilities: 7.5 / Comfort: 10 / Value for money: 7.5) - A good option for staying in Boscombe. Very comfortable, immaculate, convenient for seafront and shops. Well equipped with good quality furniture throughout. Spacious. Lovely outside space ,private garden. Suggested Improvements - Unfortunately upstairs flat were very noisy but when asked they were then very quiet and apologetic. Parking place had been used by an unknown vehicle for three of our 7 days. All of this was out of the owners control. Hopefully it is a one off problem as otherwise we would happily return.

5 star review - We stayed at this apartment for 4 nights during the Bournemouth Air Festival, August 27th-31st. Easy access via a key safe and instructions from the agent. Very handy parking space meant we hardly used the car. Spotlessly clean plus added items like dish soap, toilet roll, cooking oil etc. Comfortable cozy apartment for a family of 4 plus the added bonus of an en suite shower room. Location is excellent for accessing Boscombe and Bournemouth - bus stop is a 10 minute walk up to the high street or in the other direction Boscombe Beach is a short walk down the hill. *As mentioned in previous reviews, the residents who live above the apartment are pretty noisy, late at night banging and dragging noises. *The windows in the apartment would really benefit from blackout blinds or even heavy curtains over the blinds, this would stop being woken early by daylight coming in. If available we’d really like to return to this apartment next year. 5*- one of the best places we’ve stayed in.
