BEDROOMS - This apartment has two beautifully furnished bedrooms. The Master Bedroom has a King Size Bed whilst the second bedroom is furnished with Twin Beds. The open plan beautifully furnished lounge/diner is equipped with a FLATSCREEN 55" SMART TV - FREE WIFI for holiday lets is available (subject to availability from Internet service Provider). The modern kitchen area is well equipped including an INDUCTION HOB - ELECTRIC OVEN - SLIMLINE DISHWASHER - FRIDGE/FREEZER - COFFEE MACHINE. There is a modern bathroom with a bath, shower facility and a toilet. This accommodation has a HAIRDRYER for guests to use. The apartment has access to a private enclosed garden which is located at the rear of the property (access is via the side path through a gate). This accommodation comes with off road parking in the car park for one car. Linen & towels included for holiday lets are provided by the owner. EPC GRADE - C. NOTES - £300 refundable damage deposit required for holiday lets. One small, fully house trained dog is accepted only.

LOCAL AREA

Southbourne is located on the coast to the eastern side of Bournemouth and is within easy reach of the historic town of Christchurch. The area has miles of beautiful sandy beaches, a lifeguard station and a wide range of leisure activities including a surf school at Boscombe and the Hengistbury Head Visitor Centre. The beach is accessed from either the Gordon zigzag path or the Fishermans Walk slope where you will also find a funicular Victorian cliff lift. At Fishermans Walk there is also a childrens playground, crazy golf and the popular Cafe Riva serving food and beverages located on the clifftop. Bournemouth pier is approximately a 45 minute pleasant stroll from the apartment or Boscombe Pier is approximately a 20 minute stroll along the promenade. Southbourne Grove with its bustling hub of cafes, bars, restaurants and a wide selection of shops is only a 10-15 minute walk from the property. Wick Village is a short drive away with Riverside walks and boating activities, a public slipway and 3-par golf course and driving range. There you will find Tuckton Tea Gardens and ferries that take you to Christchurch Quay. Just nearby is also Hengistbury Head Nature Reserve where you can take the land train for easy access to Mudeford sand spit. Christchurch town centre is only a short drive away offering historic attractions, restaurants, a theatre and many other facilities. Bournemouth and Boscombe centres are also only a short drive for those visitors wishing to be involved in the more hustle and bustle of this traditional seaside town.

5 star review - I was met at the property by Jane and was welcomed into this beautiful apartment. The facilities provided are perfect in everyday and the place was spotlessly clean throughout. It is walking distance of the coast and beaches and is fabulous for short or longer stays. I will be returning. All in all, great value for money and fabulous relaxing stay in a high quality, high spec residence.

5 star review - Jane was fantastic and very welcoming after our long journey. We loved the added extras (biscuits etc and treats for our little dog). The apartment was BEAUTIFUL and immaculate!
