BEDROOMS - This apartment has two beautifully furnished bedrooms. The Master Bedroom has a King Size Bed whilst the second bedroom is furnished with Twin Beds. The open plan beautifully furnished lounge/diner is equipped with a FLATSCREEN 55" SMART TV - FREE WIFI for holiday lets is available (subject to availability from Internet service Provider). The modern kitchen area is well equipped including an INDUCTION HOB - ELECTRIC OVEN - SLIMLINE DISHWASHER - FRIDGE/FREEZER - COFFEE MACHINE. There is a modern bathroom with a bath, shower facility and a toilet. This accommodation has a HAIRDRYER for guests to use. The apartment has access to a private enclosed garden which is located at the rear of the property (access is via the side path through a gate). This accommodation comes with off road parking in the car park for one car. ADDITIONAL NOTES - Linen & towels included for holiday lets are provided by the owner. The owner offers a meet and greet check-in, with check-in time at 3pm. EPC GRADE - C. £300 refundable damage deposit required for holiday lets. One small, fully house trained dog is accepted only.

LOCAL AREA

Southbourne is located on the coast to the eastern side of Bournemouth and is within easy reach of the historic town of Christchurch. The area has miles of beautiful sandy beaches, a lifeguard station and a wide range of leisure activities including a surf school at Boscombe and the Hengistbury Head Visitor Centre. The beach is accessed from either the Gordon zigzag path or the Fishermans Walk slope where you will also find a funicular Victorian cliff lift. At Fishermans Walk there is also a childrens playground, crazy golf and the popular Cafe Riva serving food and beverages located on the clifftop. Bournemouth pier is approximately a 45 minute pleasant stroll from the apartment or Boscombe Pier is approximately a 20 minute stroll along the promenade. Southbourne Grove with its bustling hub of cafes, bars, restaurants and a wide selection of shops is only a 10-15 minute walk from the property. Wick Village is a short drive away with Riverside walks and boating activities, a public slipway and 3-par golf course and driving range. There you will find Tuckton Tea Gardens and ferries that take you to Christchurch Quay. Just nearby is also Hengistbury Head Nature Reserve where you can take the land train for easy access to Mudeford sand spit. Christchurch town centre is only a short drive away offering historic attractions, restaurants, a theatre and many other facilities. Bournemouth and Boscombe centres are also only a short drive for those visitors wishing to be involved in the more hustle and bustle of this traditional seaside town.

Cozy flat, great location for a weekend away - Nice flat with easy access to the Boscombe beach. Has everything that you need for a weekend. Smooth check-in/check-out and good communication with the host.

5 star review - What a fabulous place to stay! Great position between the sea and Southbourne’s bespoke high street. Lovely apartment with everything we needed and more for a stay with 4 adults.

Overall: 10/10 (Staff: 10 / Cleanliness: 10 / Location: 10 / Facilities: 10/ Comfort: 10 / Value for money: 10) - A relaxing place to stay. It is exactly like in the photos, it is new, clean (spotless!!!), it has everything you need (even games to spend time inside). The location is great, next to the beach, close for the shops. They had for us a cake and milk in the fridge ( thank you, was delicious). The most thoughtful host that we ever met. Thank you for creating and sharing such an incredible place. Everything was great.

5/5 - Amazing a little peace of heaven. We had an amazing time the accommodation was outstanding, communication was excellent. The area was lovely and peaceful with locals shops a short walk away, lots to see and do. We will be returning later this year.
