BEDROOMS - The generously sized Master Bedroom, located on the second floor, benefits from sea views and a romantic balcony overlooking the sea. The room features a Double Bed and a futon to sleep 1. This room has an ensuite shower room with a toilet and bidet. Additionally, there is a Twin Bedroom with a Single Bed and a roll out trundle bed on the second floor. There are four further bedrooms on the first floor, one of which features an Emperor Size Bed and offers splendid sea views. Then you will find a Triple Family Bedroom with a Super King Size and a Single Bed, with a space for a cot and captivating sea views. There is another Double Bedroom which has a Super King Size Bed, an ensuite shower room and toilet, and more sea views to enjoy. Lastly, there is a Twin Bedroom, with Bunk Beds and a separate dressing room.

From the spacious entrance hall, you proceed to a charming curved reception area, with seating, which offers a delightful view of the garden and the beach. In the lounge you will find French doors to the terrace and a FLATSCREEN SMART TV - FREE WIFI is available (subject to availability from Internet Service Provider). The house benefits from a separate dining room also with sea views and with doors leading to the terrace

The kitchen/diner includes an ELECTRIC HOB - ELECTRIC OVEN DISHWASHER - FRIDGE/FREEZER. There is a WASHING MACHINE and TUMBLE DRYER in the garage. Leading off the kitchen is a study with doors on to a courtyard area.

There is a main bathroom on the first floor with a bath and shower cubicle and a toilet located adjacent to it. Additionally, there is a toilet located on the ground floor.

This property features a good sized private garden which encompasses lawns and an inviting patio space with sea views. Electronically operated gates open to the driveway providing ample off-road parking.

LOCAL AREA

Westbourne is a popular holiday location situated between Bournemouth and Poole and is an elegant district of Bournemouth located on the way to Poole. It is affectionately known as The Village and offers a mix of design specialists, beauty stores and delicious delis, pubs and child-friendly restaurants. Alum Chine beach is within walking distance and is hugely popular with families due to a pirate-themed large adventure playground, toilets with baby changing facilities, RNLI lifeguard stations, pubs and ice cream kiosks. From Alum Chine beach you can take a peaceful stroll through the exotic woodlands which takes you to Westbourne Village. A short drive from the property brings you to Bournemouth centre itself which offers high street shops, theatres, an Odeon cinema and restaurant complex called BH2, restaurants, bars and entertainment for the whole family. The walk along the promenade underneath the cliffs or along the beach to Bournemouth Pier is always a popular choice. An alternative walk is along the clifftop taking in the magnificent vista across Poole Bay. The land train runs along the promenade, from close by the bus terminus at the foot of the Chine, to Bournemouth Pier and to Boscombe Pier beyond. Seasonal open top buses will take you into Bournemouth and Poole. If you walk along the promenade in the other direction towards Poole you will come across Branksome Chine which offers yet more sea and sand.

ADDITIONAL NOTE
The garden is fenced and gated down each side and gated at the front. The garden has a metal fence, not solid like a wooden fence, as it overlooks the sea (please note that a small dog may fit through the gaps leading to the cliff).

5 star review - We rented this property for a long weekend with friends and family. it was exceptionally peaceful and quiet, yet very easy access to the beach and cafes. The house was perfect for what we needed and we will definitely go back. couple of minor issues with broken items on arrival but the agents sorted that swiftly

This house is lovely and spacious and in a great location for the beach. My only criticism would be the white goods are a bit tired. I would visit again though.

5 star review - Beautiful home, with great access to the beach. Just note you do need to be active and fit to walk down the steps near the house. A short car drive takes you to a drop off point if anyone has mobility concerns. We will visit again, fabulous spot to access beach and the surrounding area.
