FREE WIFI is available for holiday lets (subject to availability from the Internet Service Provider). The separate, modern kitchen is equipped with an ELECTRIC RANGE COOKER - DISHWASHER - WASHER/DRYER - FRIDGE/FREEZER - MICROWAVE. The kitchen also provides access to the garden. On the first floor the house features a family bathroom, comprising of a bath, shower facility and a toilet. Additionally, you will find a shower room with a toilet on the ground floor. The property has a spacious garden which benefits from a patio area with table and chairs and a lawn area. The driveway offers off road parking which can accommodate up to three cars. A short walk from the property will lead you to Avon Beach. Along Avon Beach you will discover the Beach Hut Cafe, the Noisy Lobster cafe, a shop, an ice cream parlour and The Fish and Chip Hut.
