Maximising Short Break Pricing Strategies
We are thrilled to introduce our new Premium Short Break Pricing structure for holiday lets, designed to enhance the value of short stays.
Under this new pricing model, the nightly rates for short breaks (less than 7 nights) will be adjusted to reflect a premium, providing owners with the opportunity to earn more per night for these shorter stays. This higher nightly rate for short breaks is in recognition of the increased demand and convenience that short stays often bring to guests.
However, to encourage longer stays, such as week-long bookings, we will simultaneously reduce the average nightly cost for guests booking seven nights or more. This provides a dual benefit: landlords can generate additional income from shorter stays, while also using attractive weekly rates as a promotional tool to secure longer, more stable bookings.
This dynamic pricing strategy allows owners to better maximise their revenue across different booking patterns and seasons, all while appealing to a broader range of guest preferences—from those looking for a quick getaway, to those seeking a more extended holiday retreat.
